Pros:

Nice location with a nice view from our room`s window. Nice "living room"area with games, complementary tea/coffee.
plenty of parking available. Staff was really nice too.

Cons:

we had split twin beds in the room

Brilliant location, staff friendly and gave a free room upgrade to have a lake view, lovely communal area. Cool hot springs nearby.

A safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient stop along the golden circle
Pros:

The hotel is clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed an evening in the bar, where the view is quite nice. The room was clean, warm, dry, and out of the wind. :) The neighborhood was quiet, safe, easy to walk around. We walked to a nearby restaurant (Babylon Bistro) for dinner, which was fantastic.

Cons:

The room was a bit of a different arrangement than we are accustomed to, with head-height fixtures to be mindful of. The bathroom was a bit small.

La localizacion para explorar el circulo dorado es perfecta. El personal muy agradable y dispuesto a ayudar siempre. La habitacion limpia.

Cons:

Lo unico fueron las camas un poco incomodas para mi gusto, la almohada demasiada blanda.

Maikel nos ayudó y aconsejo sobre nuestra ruta que teníamos planeada, ya que ese día estaba el tiempo un poco mal, gracias a el conseguimos mejorar nuestra experiencia ese día. El hotel está cerca de todo lo que necesitas ver del círculo dorado.

Tuvieron el detalle que hubiese chocolate, café o infusiones, además la chica del bar era hispanohablante y nos ayudó y nos acogió súper bien Además el servicio al cliente desde la app de booking era super rápido y cercano. Además había un supermercado y una gasolinera cerca

Pristine but annoying
Pros:

Very clean room and huge bathroom. Everything smelt lovely and new. Clear check in instructions.
