Pros:

Postele vyborne, uzavrete parkovisko super, cistota super. Vecer sa nedalo odprchovat, tiekla len studena voda, pri prichode bola na izbach zima, radiatory vypnute. Hotel je vedla hlavnej cesty s elektrickami, jazdilo aj vela aut, nad nasimi izbami v noci stale chodili po izbe a velmi sa to ozyvalo, nedalo sa tu vobec vyspat. Ranajky dobre, damy v kuchyni pripravuju aj styri druhy teplych jedal.
Ak by bolo v noci ticho, bolo by to super.

Super poloha u Ostravar arény což bylo našim účelem.

Za cenu 3800/noc bych čekala více.
Čekali jsme dobu než začne téct tepla voda, matrace na dvoulůžkové posteli každá jiná.

Krásné vybavení, dobrá snídaně, po celou dobu pobytu čaj, voda a káva k dispozici. Super místo,kousíček od Ostrava arény. Při další akci v Ostravě, se rádi vrátíme.

Hotel funguje sposobom self-checkinu, ktory vdaka jednoznacnym instrukciam prebehol hladko. Parkovanie v uzatvorenom priestore. Hotel ponuka kavu/caj zdarma - velmi mile gesto.
Ranajky boli super, personal velmi mily.

Cons:

Nemozem povedat, ze "nepacilo". Skor je to len upozornenie - Izba smerom do ulice Ruska je naozaj hlucna, co je potrebne vziat do uvahy.

Lokalizacja blisko areny, przy głównej drodze. Dobre śniadanie, prywatny parking.

Cons:

Bardzo intensywny zapach odświeżacza w całym budynku, osoby wrażliwe mogą mieć problem. Niektóre elementy wyposażenia już widocznie zużyte, np. materiał na zagłówku łóżka, baterie łazienkowe.
