Hated the he bathroom being separated between shower and sink and sink not in separate room

AC in Tucson - Not So Cool
Pros:

Right in the heart of Tucson, the AC has a great location, but the experience fell short overall. The Peloton bikes were out of order, and when I asked about them, I was told the necessary parts had been on backorder for months. There was also a power outage during my stay (not the hotel’s fault), but even after power was restored, some things still didn’t work - most notably the TVs, which remained unusable till I checkout 5 days later.

Additionally, my room didn’t feel particularly clean, which was disappointing. On a more positive note, the pool area is nice, though the pool itself is quite small. The bar and lounge area stood out as a highlight and was a much more enjoyable place to spend time than the room.

Overall, despite a few positives, I can’t say I had a great experience.

It's a home away from home!
Pros:

I stay here each year during one of the Tucson Gem Shows.
My stay is usually 2 weeks or longer and I don't get homesick.
It’s an amazing hotel surrounded by fun things to do and delicious restaurants.
The best part is truly the staff! They make me feel as though I’m a personal guest in their home. Anytime I see a staff member, from maintenance & housekeeping to management, they are always so friendly.
I’ve never walked into the lobby without somebody at the front desk to welcome me or to say good morning. Some of the smiling faces at the front desk are Cassey, Len, and Marilyn.
The bar usually a small group gathered with fun conversations – 2 of my favorite bartenders are Dominic & Christina.
They have a fantastic rooftop pool, and the rooms are always kept clean & impeccable.
Because it's surrounded by exciting night life, it can be a little noisy on certain nights, but the hotel manages it well. The rooms are surprisingly quiet, and I get a good night's sleep.
The value is unbelievable and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.

Good lord the noise. Can't bring my team here - never again.

I've stayed at a few AC hotels and think they're great. First impression here was similarly good - clean, pleasant, centrally located. Was in town for the week for work. Great. Thursday rolled around... some noise from a club nearby. Nothing terrible. But FRIDAY? Pounding bass, dance music circa 2011 that didn't stop til 2am. No warning at check-in but the foam earplugs on the nightstand should have clued me in. (Since read reviews saying the same thing - they are NOT lying.) Boss is asking if we want to book our team here for next year and it'll be a hard pass. I can deal but my boss/superiors? No way. Can't bring them here with this. Really unfortunate.
