Location was near everything., valet was great,, breakfast was perfect but missing southern grits,, everybody was friendly, the 3 ladies in the kitchen/breakfast was professional, helpful, kind, happy, Melissa, jessica and Kim,

My husband and I recently had a wonderful travel experience at the Residence Inn (Sunny Isles), and I can confidently say it was one of the best trips I’ve taken. Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. From the breakfast to the happy hour was thoughtfully planned, and the pool area let us relax.

What truly made the trip exceptional was the manager, Kevin Waldstein. He was professional, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. His positive attitude and strong organizational skills ensured that everything ran seamlessly. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time.

Overall, it was a fantastic trip with unforgettable memories, and I would highly recommend the Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Sunny Isles to anyone looking for a well-managed and enjoyable travel experience.

This was a very unpleasant stay from the very beginning. I didn’t receive the room I reserved and the room I received was dirty and small. There was bird feces all over the balcony. The valet retrieval messaging service displayed on ticket does not work, the front desk later tells us that it doesn't work and it took another 20 minutes to retrieve our car and we were late for our dinner reservations. The bathroom body wash bottle was nearly empty and never replenished. The bathroom pocket door has a wooden hole to open from the inside and was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the manager Radmila Mitovic is has no empathy and lacks basic customer service. One of our worst experiences.

Remarkable
My stay at this hotel was being expectations. It was so many things to do without spending additional money. My room had a full fridge, half stove and nice microwave and fully furnished with everything else you need to cook or warm your food. They had games, social hour and so much more like renting bikes for free. Me and my husband needed a vacation so we chose that specific spot for his birthday and did they show out for him. We were just out done with the service that they provided for us. Also the Aesthetics in this gorgeous facility was beyond beautiful. From the walk in the front door to each floor to the space that’s provided for different activities. I can’t wait to go back. Last but not least, that VIEW!! I asked my husband can we do another week, he didn’t say no he said we can come back so I was okay with that.

i stayed in room 321 the last weekend and it was an amazing experience. I loved the view, the food and services. I highly recommend the cleaning service of Paz, which is a beautiful person and so profesional!
