El personal. No hablan español y el servicio de limpieza omitía dejar papel y jabón. Solo funcionaba un ascensor para todo el edificio y las esperas para bajar demoraban mucho.

Overall, good trip
Pros:

The room was big and nice. The breakfast was better than what we thought. Pool area was good. One of the bartender was fantastic.

Cons:

The only option was valet parking and the paper we received at check-in said, to text 10 minutes before needing the car but that was worthless. Your front desk or valet personnel didn't know the policy that you have given your customers to follow.

La ubicación el servicio, el desayuno y personal. Hela la persona que nos recibió una genia. Muy servicial y agradable. Pudimos ingresar antes y también hacer late check out. Espectacular!
