Pros:

The location

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from outside the room because there is no soundproofing and the room has just a simple door, so you could hear absolutely everything — the rooms next door and people walking and talking in the corridor. Every single sound could be heard inside the room, and as a result, I was unable to sleep the entire night.

Posizione eccellente a pochi minuti dal porto di Spetses, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff che ha cercato sempre di accontentare le nostre esigenze. Colazione davvero buona e variegata. Stanze curate e della giusta grandezza, super apprezzato il fatto che trattandosi di un boutique hotel hanno una ventina di stanze a disposizione quindi il caos non c'è neanche nei periodi di alta stagione. Consigliato per chiunque voglia visitare questa fantastica isola

Beautiful and cared for property with a very personal touch - comfortable and impeccably clean rooms, most with sea views.

Genuine boutique experience in the heart of Spetses main town
Pros:

A beautiful beauty hotel. Very stylish. Courtyard swimming pool that is much larger than it might look in the photograph. A beautiful place to sit in the afternoon. Really fantastic staff/owners. Make you feel incredibly welcome. And brilliantly located. Two minutes walk to the main port area of restaurants cafés. Would highly recommend it.

We hebben genoten. Wanneer we weer naar Spetses gaan zullen we hier weer slapen.

De locatie is super. Je loopt zo naar de dapia. Verder is alles heel schoon, lekker ontbijt en goede bedden.
