Nice boutique hotel close to the town with excellent staff
Everything was perfect: ideal location near to port and restaurants, upkeep and cleanliness, exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, choice at breakfast, really relaxed atmosphere. A really special place to stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel in perfect location with amazing staff always smiling and wonderful breakfast - loved my sea view room with the most comfortable bed. If you go to Spetses this is the best place to stay in !
The hotel staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived with our rather heavy luggage. The entire property, from pool to rooms, was spotless. The hotel rooms were decorated very nicely and once again, were absolutely spotless. The pool bar was lovely and peaceful, and the service amazing. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide range of food to choose from, including traditional Greek items. I was extremely impressed by this hotel!
Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν απλά υπέροχο. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι και να τους ζητήσαμε. Χωρίς ίχνος υπερβολής ήταν η πιο καθαρή πισίνα που έχουμε συναντήσει ποτέ σε ξενοδοχείο, το νερό της ήταν κρυστάλλινο. Από τα πιο δυνατά του όμως σημεία είναι το πρωινό του, που είναι αρκετά πλούσιο σε ποικιλία , και η τοποθεσία του που είναι δυο βήματα από το κέντρο των Σπετσών (Ντάπια).

Our third visit to this gem of a hotel in lovely Spetses and definitely not the last one. While the rooms are a bit small (remember, this is a *** hotel, no resort!) the place is relaxed, offers a rather big pool, and an amazing breakfast selection.
Unfortunately there is an extra charge for espresso coffee, but given the reasonable room rates, you can live with that. Martha and Katerina are the kind of receptionists you would love to take home with you ! If you do not fancy the ferry trip from Piraeus, they can arrange a limo trip from ATH airport to Kosta were you can take a water taxi that will bring you to the square in front of the Poseidon hotel, just 100 m from the Armata.

The hotel was cute and very clean the pool was spotless . The owners took lots of pride in the property . The breakfast was excellent . Location was very good and close to the shops and and harbour .
We appreciated the genuine, friendly, and attentive staff, the great breakfasts, the picnic lunch we asked for, the pool bar space, the pool, the quiet central location.
We didn’t have a problem with our room, but would have liked a larger room. If we travel to Spetses again, we will ask about a larger room.
