Never again, not even for a cheap price
Pros:

Most hotels look inviting once you see the lobby and reception area - what you see later may be different. This hotel looks just uninviting from whatever perspective, run down. Staff was not very helpful. The breakfast was very basic. Maybe I should not complain too much, as it was cheap. However this was the only positive - and I believe even simple places can be made nice, neat, cozy, inviting. This place was none of these. The pictures are so far away from reality. Somewhere I read this hotel was recently renovated. The only item that was renovated in our room was the bathroom mirror. All the rest was in bad need of a renovation. Perhaps they just started in this room: by already removing the bedside lamps.

พี่พักเงียบสงบ ราคาไม่แพงห้องพักกว้างขวาง พนักงานบริการดี หากต้องการรถพาไปที่ต่างๆ สามารถให้พนักงานช่วยติดต่อเรียกรถบริการมาถึงที่พักได้ครับ : )

チェンマイは快適
Pros:

旧正月の休みを利用してゴルフ場の近くにあるこのホテルに決めました。町外れの場所にあり、とても静かで宿泊も問題無く快適です。フロント係もとても親切、安全なホテルです。

ひとつ言うと専属ドライバー（TAXI）が居ますが、しかし時間に遅れる事がダメでです。

Pros:

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the place was clean.
We only stayed for a couple of days but we would come back and we definitely recomend it to other travelers.
