Nice, comfy, and clean stay for an overnight layover close to the airport.
Pros:

Check in was quick, the room was spacious and clean. Arranging the shuttle service was easy at check in. that is necessary ahead of time. You cannot arrange it day of so do it when you check in.

There are three conbinis in the immediate walking area (2 Family Marts (One in the Sheraton across the street and another further down the corner) and a 7-11 next to the second Family Mart).

Cons:

Listing on Booking.com is not clear that the shuttle service is by reservation for trips TO the airport. I booked thinking that the hotel had a recurring shuttle service to and from the airport. I took a surprisingly expensive Uber to the hotel as a result (airport fees for Uber are excessive at TPE, just FYI). Also customers should know that they are limited on the number of bags unless they are an IHG member. If not an IHG member, any extra baggage outside of the initial free bag would cost more per piece. Just FYI.
