Really Disappointing

Room too small especially when you stay more than 1 night, bathroom got humidity smell as soon as the door is close.
All carpets are in a really bad conditions.
Been there 5years ago nothing has changed unfortunately.
I couldn’t stay all nights booked due to this inconvenience and no one asked me why when we left the hotel.

• The rooms we were given did not match the more modern rooms shown in the photos.
• Instead, we were accommodated in older rooms that felt quite dated and basic.
• One of the rooms had a terrible musty smell, which made it very unpleasant to stay in.
• Overall, the rooms were rather modest and did not meet our expectations based on the pictures.

The rooms, some of the staff were unhelpful. Had to change rooms because it smelled of urine and wasn’t given the room that was paid for.

Pros:

Restaurant was good, we ate on arrival night, usual Iceland prices ! But staff were very good. Bathroom was very large and well stock with shampoos etc.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing, choice limited, lots of items frequently missing and customers seen often needing to ask staff to stock up, such as breads, jams etc.

Vienīgais, kas šajā viesnīcā likās ok, bija gulta.

Cons:

Jāsaka, ka ši bija visšvakākā no visām 3* viesnīcām, kurā palikām Islandes ceļojuma laikā. Viesnīcai drīzāk liktu 2*. Vannas istaba pēc dušas pludoja, dušas kabīnei gumijas bija atplīsušas, vannas istaba maza, nolietojusies. Brokastis - paēst var, bet neteikšu garšīgi. Plkst.8 no rīta var teikt, ka produktu un dakšu un nažu nebija, bija jāgaida kāds brīdis līdz sortiments tiks papildināts. Kvalitāte noteikti neatbilst cenai!!!

Perfect location for traveling the Ring Road.. Breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful with local information. The heated floor in the bathroom was a small detail, but had a large impact on our comfort.
