A pretty good flat in a nice location
Pros:

The location is good, the flat is big, the facilities are ok

Cons:

The second bedroom is on the lower floor and you have to climb down a spiral, narrow, steep stair

Great for families with teens
Pros:

Loved all of the space and the two beds for the kids. The kitchen was sufficient, the windows were nice and large, the furnishings were comfortable and it is a pretty building. Would love to know more about the history of the place.

Cons:

The towels are scratchy and there were not a lot of restaurants close that we were interested in. The second bathroom didn’t have a full shower but rather a handheld sprayer.

Altes Haus mit Charme in Zentrumnähe zum vernünftigen Preis
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, relativ kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Supermarkt nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Apartment sauber, geräumig, Kochmöglichkeit ausreichend für einen Kurzurlaub. Personal freundlich. Altes Haus mit Charme

Cons:

Küchenausstattung dürftig. Da doch noch viele mit dem Auto anreisen, wäre es ratsam, wenn das Personal z.B. über die Kombi aus P+R und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln Bescheid wüsste. Das spart enorm a) Parkgebühren und b) Zeit des Recherchierens, denn es gibt definitiv keine kostenfreien Parkplätze im inneren Autobahnring.

Location, helpful / welcoming staff, cleanliness, safe location, near to local transport links, shops and eating places.

Cons:

Portable heating could have been provided as fans were provided as temperature drops at night or additional duvet / blankets could have been provided.

Für 3-4 Tage in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Nett eingerichtet, die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Es fehlen viele Dinge in der Küche. Es gab nicht mal ein Brotmesser. Auch ein Toaster fehlte. Geschirr ist genau abgezählt. Wir waren zu viert und es gab auch nur 4 Teller, 4 Gläser, etc. Man musste also mehrmals am Tag abwaschen. Das Doppelbett (1,40 m breit) war uns auch zu klein. Parken war auch extrem teuer (40 Euro am Tag).

Cons:

It was 4-15 Celsius outside but in our room when it was sunny, it was 25-28 with no way to cool it down outside of the fans in the room. Maintenance came and cracked open a window but it was still rather warm
