La tranquilidad y la ubicación

Cons:

Una de las habitaciones no tenía armario y la calefacción no funcionaba o funcionaba en exceso ya que el termostato no funcionaba correctamente. El apartamento tenía muy poco menaje en la cocina.

Al principio y al final fallaron.
Pros:

La atención del personal.

Cons:

Estuve dos noches en una habitación de categoría inferior a la que había reservado hasta que me cambiaron a la que yo había pedido.
El agua del water salía por la ducha. Avisamos al personal de limpieza y luego en recepción y no arreglaron la avería.

10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam!
Pros:

The place was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Only about a 15 minute walk from Amsterdam city centre and 5 minutes away from the train/tram station. Very nice location quiet and peaceful. Down the road was a few restaurants/cafes and shops which is extremely helpful as you are able to cook in your accommodation if you’d like. Reception is very helpful and accommodating with anything you need.

Cons:

Nothing the place was perfect!

Un gran lugar increíble para amar Ámsterdam y su gente
Pros:

Ubicación todo el equipamiento lo grande del apartamento
El personal muy amable y muy atento a ayudarme siempre
Estuve mucho tiempo y nunca me sentí sin ayuda realmente es un gran lugar muy recomendable tanto para estadías largas como para estadías cortas
Realmente habla muy bien de la gente en Ámsterdam

Thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and tidiness of the apartment.
Pros:

The location was close to tram stops. Quiet area. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Easy to get into the centre of Amsterdam. Staff were very friendly. The 2 bed apartment was spacious. Everything was very clean.

Cons:

Smell of food being cooked when exiting the apartment.

Pros:

L'appartamento era tranquillo, ampio, pulitissimo, pratico e piacevole. Cucina con piastra di cottura, forno e microonde. Un bel bagno con buona doccia, letto buono. Se non bastavano gli asciugamani si poteva chiederne altri alla reception. Bella vista sul canale. Il tram 14 per Centraal station passa vicino. In fondo alla Nieuwe Kerkstraat c'è un supermercato ben fornito. Per altri negozi bisogna andare un pò più lontano fino a Utrechtse straat. La struttura è dottata di ascensore e c'è una reception per il check-in. Fine gennaio faceva freddo a Amsterdam, ma l'appartamento era ben riscaldato. La struttura è situata in un bel quartiere storico di Amsterdam, abbastanza centrale, ma non troppo turistico. Ci tornerò volentieri.

Cons:

Il check-in a partire delle 16.00 è veramente tardi.
Con una così bella cucina stupisce la scarsità di utensili da cucina. Solo una padella e una pentola di misura media, 2 piatti grandi ,2 piatti piccoli, 2 bicchieri, 2 tazze, 2 coltelli etc. Niente insalatiera o tostapane, un piccolo canovaccio. Questo è l'unico punto che secondo me sarebbe urgente migliorare.

We had a great time in Amsterdam, just felt like the apartment was missing a few basic essentials
Pros:

The location was ideal, the bed was very comfortable, liked how the bathroom had two shower head settings and shampoo and conditioner provided

Cons:

Not enough utensils in the kitchen such as chopping boards, could have done with a draining board because using a dishwasher for two of us would have felt excessive. Could have had a warning about the stairs, because from the photos it looked like it was all on one level - my partner tripped at one point on the stairs and it scared us both. Also thought there would be a separate living room area rather than just a couple of chairs and a table in the kitchen.
