המקום לגמרי ענה על הציפיות. החדר ממש גדול יש מרחב בו נמצאת המיטה ויש מרחב חצי נפרד בו נמצאת ספה ופינת אוכל. החדר מאד נעים, המקום מטופח. השירוקלחת היו מושלמים ונקיים. אספקת מגבות שוטפת. והבונוס הוא המטבח המאובזר. יש מקרר, כיריים, תנור, כיור וכלים. זה יתרון אדיר, ואפשר ממש לחסוך בהוצאות על אוכל. חוויה של בית בטיול. לנו שם שבועיים וטיילנו בהולנד והיה לנו מעולה.

Very satisfactory. Clean, smells good, well maintained just expect to use Uber Eats for any meals.

The hotel is very comfortable for families and is located close to the city center. It is also within walking distance of public transportation, supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants, which makes getting around very easy. The only downside is that the hotel does not have air conditioning, and most of the windows cannot be opened. This becomes a serious problem during hot weather and can make the rooms quite uncomfortable. Aside from that, it is a great place to stay.

i agree with the latest reviews online: they are either “don’t come during the summer” or “don’t come during the winter”. our room was like a gas chamber, i was sitting without moving and still covered in sweat. our room had 2 windows: one of them could be opened to a maximum of 10cm, the other one could not be opened at all. our bedroom was on the upper level of the room - as you image the heat was even worse there. the air was not moving at all. the staff said they only had SIX portable A/C units for the whole hotel — what are the others unlucky guests supposed to do? it’s a freshly renovated old building, surely central heating/cooling could have been planned for, heat waves aren’t going anywhere

Great spacious apartment, very clean, with fully equipped kitchen and lots of natural light. The staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended!

What a great find! Was so lucky to find Wittenberg by cove. Out two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. The location is close to all the attractions we visited but still in a quiet and safe area of town with a nice cafe on the corner for morning cappuccino and people watching. What a pleasure. Hope we get to visit again soon!

We stayed in the three bedroom house for three weeks. I found the location to be relatively convenient. If you bike or take public transit, it should be quite easy. The three bedroom house is actually really only a two bedroom with the top floor having a large living space and bed, but there is no door, which means you can hear everything that goes on. We stayed in May in June and the weather was a combination of 30° with lows of 12. Over that time. The house went from being Unbearably hot where you can only open one window on the ground floor, no windows on the second floor and two windows on the top floor. Other days it was quite cold and I can see why there are so many reviews talking about how difficult it was to stay here in the winter. I absolutely would believe that. At one point, I even tried to turn the heat on because it was quite cold.

The staff, when you can find them are helpful. However, despite having staff on site 24 hours a day, it is often difficult to find them during normal daytime hours. You have to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper, garbage bags, and other supplies. They only clean your room once a week, which honestly isn’t bad but even when asking for more things, it was often inconvenient to have those services like new soap in the bathroom refilled.

I think this place has a lot of potential, but I’m not sure for the price we would return.

There also needs to be improvements to the cleaning as our house was quite dusty upon arriving and was not vacuumed or dusted over the three weeks of our stay.

Great location, staff was very helpful

The location is excellent and the suites are clean. The veiw of the canal is very nice. We booked a two bedroom suite specifically for air conditioning and were informed at checkin that only the upper floor suites have air conditioning, ours had fans that did nothing. The windows open 10 cms at the bottom so managing temperature was problematic. One window is located right above the steps where everyone from the building smokes, one window is non operational and the other one is right by the hotel trash bins. These bins are also not locked up at night so people are searching for free bottles for returning every night at 3am.(not a quiet search). The bedroom window looks only at the hotel’s public lounge and the bins. The kitchenette is highly functional but needs a refresh as there are three of many dishes where four were needed. It could also use a toaster for basic breakfast and an ice cube tray. The furniture is stained and worn. The water pressure and showers are excellent. They have nice smelling soaps and shampoo. The combo washer/dryer is absolutely useless, five hours for a load and things come out wet so don’t count on that amenity. The staff were kind, helpful knowledgeable and wonderfully dutch. We rented bikes for 24hours for 20eu each and rode out to Muiden. Stayed for 8 nights in suite 113.
