My booking in the Hotel Regina was not found, I paid twice, prepaid with expedia and in the hotel. This should not happen!!!!! Terrible!!

This hotel ( motel ) don’t qualify for any star and rate . No clean , too noisy, smells dirty , even no basic things there . No iron no refrigerator, bath without any fan , WiFi almost dead ! Water was licking and you must sleep by a lot of noises, outside cars or Dogs or .....wasting money

Just to keep in mind, there is no pool at the premises, you can use the facilities 20 mns away.

Bonito hotel, está bien ubicado tiene todo cerca, los servicios que solicité fueron atendidos con premura, lo único es que le falta jamón al desayuno ya que huevo todos los días cansa.
Uncomfortable beds, smelled like paint, dirty bathtub. And they starting drilling in the room above us at 8am.
Inicialmente a pesar de hacer la reserva 2 meses antes por expedia, me comunican que no tenia tal reserva, luego de muchos correos y llamadas telefonicas logre tener una habitacion.
En la presentacion del hotel aparece una piscina, pero este aqui que esa piscina es de otro complejo de la misma firma, pero que esta a como a 20 minutos en auto...asi que si quieres un hotel con piscina, no alquiles en Hotel regina.
Tienen problemas con el agua caliente, la mayoria de las veces, no salia agua caliente, y en algunas mientras te bañabas se te cortaba el agua caliente y empezaba a salir vapor...tambien antes de salir el agua caliente, salia un agua marron con mucho olor.
Respecto a la habitacion, colchones, almohadas y demas es muy bueno, comomodo, amplios.
El wifi es malo, se corta facilmente y en muchos lugares no se agarra la señal.
El desayuno incluye huevos, pan, biscochos, tortas, frutas, yogurt.
El agua no se puede tomar, y mucha de la gente que fuimos del grupo, 14 de 17 terminaron con diarrea, desconociendo si es del hotel o de fuera del mismo, tomar precaucion.
