I have stayed there a number of times - and will always go back
Pros:

Great friendly service, good location, clean, great staff - good value

I enjoyed my short stay.

Very basic hotel we would not stay at again

There was nothing. We would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

Cons:

We spent one night in this hotel that did not meet our expectations. The lobby and the restaurant area are not inviting and worn-down; the rooms are old, the wall peels off at some places and is stained. The isolation is very poor (despite having our room on the 10th floor) and the traffic around the hotel is fairly heavy. The main square is some 8 blocks away. The breakfast was very basic.

Apart Hotel Regina - perfect stay in Cochabamba.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay in the Apart Hotel Regina in Cochabamba. The hotel is located close to the city centre and it has its own private parking, I had a rental car so that was important for me. My room was spacious, the shower and Wi-Fi were very good. The breakfast was excellent. From my room I had a nice view on the Cristo statue that dominated Cochabamba.

Cons:

Nothing I didn't like.
