Plus points:
Price. Pool. Location.
Immediate offer of a refund when it was discovered that 'The System', had wrongly accepted the booking, I would therefore have to move during the stay.
The very prompt response from Booking.com to address the issue when the refund had been received. Plus, the very kind offer of up to EUR 60 should any new accommodation be more expensive (same dates/length).
Minus points:
The first thing that was said to me by a overly surly receptionist was; "We sent you a email, so were expecting a call from you!" From then, it went downhill really fast.
I explained to the unsmiling receptionist, I had only just obtained internet access (esim), so retrieving emails had only recently been possible, which is why they had received no response.
The unfriendly Receptionist, then explains that due to the 'System', making a mistake, the booking should not have been accepted, to which I responded; "That's disappointing."
After disagreeing further over who was actually responsible for the error, the brusque Receptionist suggested that I speak directly to the Manager, which I then did.
Consequently, when I cordially pointed out to the Manager that to a paying customer (me), Natalie's was 'The System', therefore Natalie's needed to accept ownership of the Failure of Service here, I received strong push-back from said Manager, who thought that simply by increasing her volume level, and talking over me, all would be settled.
Whilst the repeated offer of a full refund was appreciated, I honestly felt it was partially offered in order for me to simply go away, and stop being such a nuisance. Please bear in mind, it was 19:15 on a Sunday evening, with few options available to a lone traveller, bar prehaps the beach for the night.
I finished the conversation with the Manager, and stated that her attitude was wholly unacceptable, so do please issue the refund and I'll move on accordingly.
The young receptionist actually appeared a mite surprised by this, and softly, if not kindly asked if I would like any help with finding alternative accommodation?
I said..."No, thank you. I'll take it from here." I then left, but 15 minutes after walking through the front door.
To where? I had absolutely no idea.
A amazing hotel , well situated , pool area was clean and well staffed
Hote staff were absolutely 💯 % amazing
Room was clean well equipped, maybe a toaster
But thats being picky 🙄 overall a very good experience
Only downfall was the situation of our room
Up a very steep marble staircase this isn't pratical for suitcases and for us , and we sre relatively quite fit 60+ , going forward if to book again we wouldn't want this room even at a reduced rate
We’ve stayed here many times over the years, and this feels like our home from home. The staff Ermioni and Maria are friendly and welcoming, and will do anything they can to help during your stay. The beds are comfy and the showers are lovely and hot, the apartments are kept exceptionally clean by the lovely cleaning ladies. We love the fact that it’s quiet, and just tucked away from the high street, and the pool is lovely!
The apartments had a major redo a few years ago, and it could be time for it to be done again, but it’s nothing a lick of paint couldn’t put right. We went right at the end of the season, so I expect it might be sorted over the winter anyway. It’s not anything major.
Quiet and just off the beaten track, but close to the village. Staff are all very friendly.
I would like a toaster in the room.
We have just spent a week at Natalie’s and already rebooked for next year before leaving. Perfect location, comfy beds, linen/towel change every 2 days. Lovely modern pool and bar area taken care of by Maria and Ermione who were the perfect hosts.
There is nothing to dislike here.

This hotel was in perfect location. It is basic but very clean and comfortable and the pool area is amazing. It’s very peaceful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend!
Everything was great.
We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, walking distance from all the shops and restaurants, yet far enough from the noise to feel peaceful. Two of the best-rated Greek restaurants are just around the corner, so definitely check them out if you book! The staff were fantastic and super helpful, letting us leave our bags and even arranging a late check-out. The pool is gorgeous and so relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again next time we visit, such great value for money!
As people who love to sleep in on holiday, we would have preferred if the cleaners came later in the day, closer to the afternoon, so we didn’t feel rushed to leave the room for it to be serviced. Not a biggy though, just a suggestion!
