Rzetelność obsługi.

Cons:

Pokój umiejscowiony na 3 piętrze bardzo wąskiej i krętej klatki schodowej. Po operacji kolana wejście po tych schodach było wyzwaniem. Zapach papierosów w pokoju.

Great location!
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect for going into Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The apartment was clean.

Cons:

It was located on the 4th floor of a building without a lift so it was challening for my mother in her 70s and myself to get our luggage up and down the stairs. I don't expect old buildings to have a lift but perhaps someone could have helped us or given us an option for a room on a lower floor.

Schlüsselabholung sehr umständlich, da man dort nicht parken kann.

Si te gusta caminar, éste alojamiento está perfecto, en 10 - 12 minutos llegas al centro histórico

1.- Para recoger la llave tienes que ir primero a una oficina, si llevas maleta muy pesada se te hará difícil el trayecto 2.- La cama está ubicada en una posición muy incómoda, no tienes espacio para salir de ella por los lados

Din păcate, experiența noastră la Z14 Boutique Residence nu a fost una plăcută. În primul rând, apartamentul (nr. 5) primit nu a fost cel prezentat în fotografiile pe baza cărora am făcut rezervarea, ceea ce a fost dezamăgitor încă de la sosire.
Patul era amplasat între doi pereți, fără spațiu pe laterale pentru a coborî confortabil din el. În plus, salteaua era vizibil afundată la mijloc, astfel că dormeam într-o poziție incomodă și înclinată.
Cabina de duș era extrem de îngustă și putea fi folosită confortabil doar dacă stăteai perfect drept.
Un alt aspect foarte neplăcut a fost mirosul puternic provenit de la chiuveta din bucătărie.
Per ansamblu, consider că fotografiile și prezentarea proprietății nu reflectă fidel realitatea. Mă așteptam la condiții mult mai bune și la o descriere mai corectă a spațiului oferit.
Cel mai dezamăgitor a fost faptul că am contactat proprietatea pentru a semnala aceste probleme, însă nu am primit niciun răspuns. Lipsa totală de comunicare și interes față de experiența oaspeților a accentuat impresia negativă.
