Pros:

この度はお世話になりました。スタッフの対応が良くて、特に男性の対応が非常によかったです。売店で売ってるお刺身もとてもおいしかったです。屋上の夕日スポットは時期のせいなのか建物が邪魔して残念な感じでしたが、朝早くすごく綺麗にみえました！部屋もリノベーションしており、海外にいるような感覚になりゆっくり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

秋の家族旅行！
Pros:

湖側のホテルとなっていたので楽しみにしてましたが反対側だったので残念でした。
お風呂がもう少し広いのを期待していました。
サービスはとても良かったです。
スタッフさんはみんな感じが良くて次も行きたいなって思いました
ご飯も美味しかったです

使わないとは言え、ベランダが汚くかんじ、窓を開けるのをためらうくらいでした。

惜しいなと思った点について
Pros:

室内が新しく綺麗で、大変満足しました。
エアコンの音が少し大きくて気になったのと、
浴室に小物をおける棚があったらいいなというのと、
シャワーの水圧が低いことが気になりました。

温泉、食事、部屋、ロケーション、清潔感等に満足しています。

建物は新しくはないのですが、リノベーションやお手入れもよく、料金等は、良心的。また、行きたいです。

大雨の中宿泊しました。
Pros:

二人で宿泊しましたが、二人にしては部屋は広かったです。設備が古いのは否めません。古い建物の内装をリフォームしているという感じでした。お風呂は各部屋と露天風呂付きの大浴場があり、温泉はとても良かったと思います。妻も翌日はだ艶が良いと喜んでいました。個人的には良かったのは従業員の方の挨拶と料理です。夕食はとても美味しかったですし、朝食も満足しました。

今度こそは夕日を見に！
Pros:

ロケーションがよく、部屋から、露天風呂からの眺めもよいです。お天気ならば、夕日がきれいだったでしょう。
レストランを当日アラカルトでりようしましたが、美味しくて、コスパが良かったです。
出発後、忘れ物に気づいた時には、丁寧な対応をしていただいて、助かりました。

A relax hot spring hotel
Pros:

A lake side hotel, at about 8 km from Matsue Castle; it is more convenient to drive to this place, with sufficient free parking spaces. Front desk is very friendly, speaking little English.

Japanese style room, with twin tatami beds. Toilet is detached from the Japanese style bath room, which has seat up space for stand up shower as well as hot spring at the bathtub.

A clean and spacious room, and a sizable balcony facing Lake Shinji; breakfast is served in both Japanese and European style in a very nice café, facing the garden and lake.

Hot spring with indoor and indoor pools on the ground floor, are the best place to relax any time during the day. The outdoor pool with lake view is the best for us.

Enjoy onsen next to a scenic lake view
Pros:

This was the only hotel in Tamatsukuri Onsen areas next to the lake.
Though it is a bit old, the hotel is comfortable. You can enjoy lakeview from your room (assuming you are on the right side) and the onsen.
The room was spacious and comfortable.

The breakfast was not bad.
There was a in-hotel grocery at hotel lobby where you can buy souvenir.

However, the hotel was a bit far away from the JR station and rather difficult to walk from the station to the hotel at night as there were not enough street-lamps.
Yet, after you check out in the morning, you can ask the hotel to arrange limo for free to the station.
