Pros:

I arrived here in Santorini to find no one at the reception area. We called in advance to tell hotels.com that we would be doing a late check in. I was tokd that wouldnt be an issue and was told to ask for Anastasia. The number on the websjtr and email is nkt an operating number. Feel like i was scamned because i was left stranded in another country with no where to stay. As I read the reviews, i see other guest have had the same issue of no one answeing after they paid. This is absolutely ridiculous and i want a full refund.

Very disappointed.
Pros:

we drop by the hotel it was closed and workers are doing renovation work. We call up the hotel but no one pick up our calls. i cannot believed, Hotel.com allow us to book A&G Suites, not knowing the hotel is not operating at all. We have no choice but to book another hotel. I like to request for refund for the fee i have paid and also compensate to book for another hotel last minutes.

Good choice
Pros:

Very clean and comfy! Quite spacious, well located on one of the main roads, with sea view, but not Caldera view (you should keep that in mind). Close to town centre, main bus station in Fira and really everything else. Check-in and -out is done at the other property, but it's just a 3-5 minutes walk so it really is not that inconvenient. Helpful staff, had absolutely no problem. Enjoy your stay!
