Todos los recepcionistas son un 10. Cuando hice el checking , Luis me explicó a la perfección todo lo q podía hacer ; tanto excursiones ,restaurantes , lugares q visitar , me informó detalladamente sobre la seguridad de la zona , q es mucha !!! Y me quedé tranquila , ya que soy una chica joven que viaja sola y era mi principal preocupación . Las habitaciones son super amplias, igual que en las fotos ….y estas en pleno centro . También debe en el rooftop el primer día ,, y tanto la comida como los camareros y el chef un 20

Pros:

Was visiting Medellin for two days.
The hotel is located in the middle of a fancy neighborhood, El Poblado, filled with restaurants, bars, nightclubs. Very good location for such type of recreation. You don't need to leave this district for long really, you have everything you need there.
The staff were super friendly, allowed me to check-in earlier (I arrived at 9am) without additional pay, and overall were very helpful.
The room itself was nice and clean, with all needed amenities.

Cons:

The location is quite noisy because of surrounding tourist infrastructure (gets worse during weekends), but the hotel tries to mitigate that: there were a pink noise device in the room and earplugs.
