Good communication, spacious balcony and helpful manager.
Pros:

We were upgraded to a Seaview room with a large balcony, which we really appreciated. The manager Maja was excellent and very helpful, she also arranged a taxi on our departure. The room had a good view over the bay (although there was a derelict hotel just opposite the apartments)... the room was a reasonable size, however I found the bed uncomfortable as I could feel the springs in the mattress. There was a fridge with a compact area on top to make tea and coffee. There were a couple of bottles of water and some beer in the fridge which you could purchase... in general the accomodation needs some tlc and renovating. It is only 10 minutes from the old town, supermarket and shops. The bus stop is only 15 minutes walk.

Cons:

The bottom sheet was too small for the bed...

Comfy stay with a beautiful view
Pros:

This stay was fantastic! The room was comfortable and nicely set up, and we were even upgraded to a room with a balcony that had a great view of the sea. We only ran into the owner a few times, but each time she was very friendly and helpful. The location was also ideal as it’s a short walk from all the sites in Herceg Novi. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing location, facilities with an amazing view. We booked a non-sea view room but got a free upgrade to an amazing see view room & the host was amazing & helpful.
