I visit it for with colleagues for business trip
The room was clean every thing was good
Hotel was in center with free parking
I like everything there clean and polite good service I recommend it it was first time for me in Minisk and I really liked it

Creative person sometimes searches for inspiration outdoors. In this sense, President Hotel is a perfect place for lonely summer retreat. Cozy beds, noiseless room, delicate personnel...
Wonderful kitchen, and great interiors.
I haven't tried the Gym, maybe next time.

OMG I never expected this from this hotel. We are group from Voyage hoteliers. We are Disappointed at all from the beginning.We did check in main gate security was very much rude Bcz our taxi was not luxury. He asked passport very strange and who is coming with good car not at all question. No concierge service. Just now checked in room 814/823 man came to the room opened the door my colleague was naked and reception is normal for this situation. Rooms are very old furniture bath I don’t wanna use it at all. Still we have to stay 2nights in this hotel at all not safe not clean rude staffs.

Please choose another hotel. Even hostel is better

I stayed in this hotel 7 times . View, big room , awesome breakfast , lobby on every floor , sauna and pool make our stay more romantic .staff , security and room service is best in my eyes . view from window watching in night moscow make me fall in love .

I stayed in the hotel for three weeks in June of 2022 and did not regret it for a moment! It is spotless. Friendly and helpful personnel. Tight security. The location is far above excellent: Muzeon Park is a few steps away. New Tretyakov Gallery is right there in the park. A few minutes away from the Old Tretyakov Gallery by foot, two subway(metro) stations and a myriad of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. If you are the one who likes to walk, Red Square is within walking distance there. A big bookstore is a few steps away from one of the metro stations(Polyanka). I attended a new book presentation and autographed signing there. One of the chain food stores a short block from the hotel is open 24 hours and offers anything your heart desires to eat, drink (including alcohol), and tobacco. The price of the stay is excellent too. I will stay there on my future trips.

There are many advantages to stay in President-Otel. Some of them are:
- Reliability: hotel works many years, and every time it is a good service for the guests;
- Reputation: to stay in otel it is respectable;
-Safety: it is a good control to enter to the hotel.

Overall, the stay was wonderful! The location is superb - right across the Museon Park; very close proximity to many places; walking distance to metro stations. The area is very well secured. My room was upgraded for free. I asked for an unplanned extension and my request was fulfilled despite the fact they were fully booked. The view was breathtaking - Peter the Great and the Moscow River. The cleaning team did an outstanding job - all my requests were done without any delays. The breakfast area was nice. The food selection was great - buffet style with many choices. I definitely will return and recommend the hotel to friends and family members.

The staff in both the restaurant and front desk were outstanding. Went out of their way to be helpful, providing English speakers, booked taxis and exchanges money. Our massage was great but there needed to be a fluent English speaker available to help with details regarding the spa. We loved the old style Russian flavor and large multi room suite!

This is great option to stay in Moscow for its price/value. Excellent location (away from the busy city center) close to parks, embankment, red square, dining, all one may need. Very secure and clean property. To enter the hotel each guest and car has to pass through security gate, from there it’s a 30 sec walk to the front door. Very good breakfast and service for the price. There are a few drawbacks to consider: 1) we stayed in the Soviet style room for the experience and enjoyed it but mattresses were not too comfortable and bed springs could be felt 2) there is music from the embankment until about 11-11:30 pm every day and it could be heard even through the double glass heavy duty windows 3) room cleaning was inconsistent - every day we stayed something would be off - sometimes our bed wouldn’t be made or trash wouldn’t be thrown away or there would be no refill of tea/coffee and cups would be left dirty. However, any issues were quickly resolved and the staff was nice and helpful.

Best hotel/service/breakfast/location in Moscow

This is a warning for all international travellers: I arrived at hotel which is fenced off to public. My taxi driver just left me at front gate. No signage in English. I finally, carrying three bags, arrived at side gate. Several stairs, no help. Inside a guard who is completely inpolite, did not have any patience to wait a minute that i get my passport out of bags. Instead checking whole name list, just "yelling" "passport" to me. This is the most unfriendly "welcome" I ever had in a hotel globally. Every time you want to get into hotel you need to go through this guard. I do not advise to stay in this hotel. Actually, arriving and facing up with this guard, and after having carried my bags almost around the whole area (you see on photos) I was upset and annoyed. I just said goodbye to the money and my booking. Right on spot I reserved another hotel and went there. I wrote the hotel, they did not respond and I asked them for full refund out of courtesy. If you are foreign, go to any other hotel in Moscow and I can guarantee you will be very welcome, face no issues like this. I think the guard is stuck in a cold war situation and I felt I enter some kind of military camp or special event. I stayed in end in the middle of Moscow, had the May 9 military trials in front my hotel. Security was everywhere tight, but at hotel they were super friendly, helped with luggage, welcomed me kindly.

Steeped in historical 1980s charm, very interesting place! Huge rooms, stunning views, perfect location.

В целом неплохо. Правда мебель старая. В ванной комнате слишком темно.

Все,как всегда на уровне.Мешает ночная дискотека на берегу Москвы -реки.Музыка громкая всю ночь до 8 утра.

Sauber, groß, zentrale Lage. Gutes Frühstücksangebot.
Die Minibar ist abgeschlossen und man muss extra den Schlüssel gegen Pfand an der Rezeption holen. In der Minibar die Ware mit abgelaufenem Verfallsdatum.
Trotzdem würden wir wieder kommen

Номера устаревшие по ремонту и мебели. Пружинный матрас старый, жидкие синтепоновые подушки. Старые краны в умывальнике и душе, Нужно было приложить силу, чтоб их повернуть. В день заезда у меня был день рождения, Президент Отель никак не отреагировал, такое со мной впервые ). Из хорошего: Персонал приветливый, и на ресепшн, и горничные, и официанты, и в оздоровительном центре, где действуют 2 сауны, есть небольшой бассейн 5х3 м Отель недалеко от метро Полянка, 5-6 минут ходьбы. Прекрасные завтраки с большим выбором закусок и горячего, свежевыжатые соки.
