Overall, the stay was good and met our expectations

Cons:

he airport transfer communication during checkout was terrible. The staff doesn't monitor Booking.com messages and expects guests to make a traditional local phone call. They don't offer communication via WhatsApp or other data-based apps, which is very frustrating for international tourists who usually only have internet data plans. Because of this lack of communication and the resulting delay.

It wasn’t too far from the airport. We got an uber to the hotel thinking that the last airport shuttle was 11am as start

The washing room could be better. One of the dryers was broken and a ceiling tail came off.

Cons:

It states restaurants are walking distance which they are not. Our room had a musty smell. We had quick responses about our stay until the mention of the musty smell and I hadn’t heard back.
