Surprising Commodious and very comfortable accommodation by MIA.
Pros:

Very spacious room, air-conditioned, plenty of closet/drawer space. VERY COMFY BED. VERY CLEAN ROOM/BATH. Coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Strong WiF BUT PERSONAL VPN IS RECOMMENDED. Shuttle service to MIA, to which the hotel is in very close proximity to. The staff are very friendly AND THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS. Secure luggage storage after check-out. Breakfast is ample.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like BUT COULD IMPROVE: (1) security of WiFi with minimum of providing password to connect. (2) Breakfast is ample BUT PLEASE SERVE FRESHLY PREPARED and not factory-made omelet, OR freshly made scrambled eggs.

Great stay for cruising!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. They shuttle service from the airport and to the port was exceptional 👌

Nice hotel, but Miami is not a future cruise port for me

Clean, updated, good breakfast, free airport pickup

Cons:

Location was good for airport and ride to cruise port - but, nothing around it in walking distance for restaurant options or a store. Prices are high, but unfortunately that seemed consistent across the area. I won’t book a cruise out of Miami again simply because the hotels are way more expensive than Ft. Lauderdale.
