地點位置，溫泉沒有味道，很不錯

Cons:

晚上11:00就沒有客服💁，還有晚餐就像趕鴨子一樣，自助式方式拿餐，只拿一次吃完，第二次就收空了😱😱😱還沒7:00耶，明明剛剛還有很多菜，我們拿完第一輪，就全收走了⋯⋯趕下班嗎？

溫泉

Cons:

整體設備偏舊、擺設裝潢不協調，房間入口有高低落差有點危險、一入房門右邊一個空空的擺設木質不知道要做什麼！用餐所謂的晚餐「一菜七湯」與早餐的buffer也令人失望！以6000元一晚CP值，應該下次去四重溪溫泉會考慮其他家！

Pros:

工作人員全部都笑容滿面態度親切，知道男朋友生日會在晚餐送上蛋糕，還主動過來說生日快樂唱生日歌。

Cons:

設施非常殘舊，花灑及洗面盆下的地方都生鏽了，浴室內溫泉池旁邊的窗也有蜘蛛網。
晚餐和早餐選擇很少，而且大部份食物都不熱的。
