THE ALKO IS A MUST!!!

Alko Hotel is the place to stay while in Cali Colombia! There is lots of shopping & restaurants in the area (walking distance). While at the Alko you will have the wonderful experience of being attended to by the hotel staff. Giovanny went above and beyond every morning during breakfast to make sure we accommodate with eggs any style, homemade pancakes/waffles, made to order sausage/bacon and freshly squeezed orange juice. Take advantage of the outside terrace for breakfast as well it was truly our lil private oasis. I cannot say enough about Giovanny’s customer service! You can truly tell how much he takes pride in seeing others smile!

Hotel Alko staff are the best!
Pros:

I came to Cali Columbia for dental surgery. The people of Cali are very warm and friendly and eager to help a person who isn’t from here.

The hotel and staff are amazing. I don’t speak the local language and was worried about doing simple things. The entire staff went out of their way to help and made sure I was taken care of.

On my third day, I had major dental surgery and came back to the hotel. Alvaro took great care of me and even got me soup to out that wasn’t on the menu. I would have never gotten this type of care from a hotel back home. This caring act reinforces my beliefs and love for the Colombian people. Alvaro you are great my friend and thank you!

I just wanna say Alvaro went me and my sister. He is the best he did everything we ask him and he is very understanding and patient with us. He is very hard working man and he made us feel very comfortable. I really appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

La habitación, muy amplia y cómoda. La comida muy bien!

Cons:

Un/a huésped extranjera hizo una video llamada erótica de mas de 1 hora en la zona de la piscina frente a todos y fue realmente desagradable e incómodo. Hacia parte de un grupo de mujeres muy mal presentadas, ruidosas y vulgares.
Las copas de la habitación estaban sucias y el agua de la piscina no tenía el mantenimiento y limpieza adecuados.
