Decepción total Alko hotel ciudad Jardín Cali

Cama cómoda
Área y personal de desayuno súper aunque la variedad muy limitada

Cons:

Fui con mi esposa de volada romántica a la suite presidencial.
Terraza: nido de lectura sucio y excremento de pájaro, jacuzzi súper alto sin una escalera, no hay una mesita y sillas para aprovechar la terraza, no hay como colgar toallas en la terraza, no hay asoleadora, no hay en la habitación un basurero, aparte de el del baño, gel de ducha vacío y para rematar la atención en la recepción 0 de 10. Pedí hablar con el gerente y no estaba, dejé mis datos para hacer esta crítica y nunca llamó ni mostró interés, por eso lo hago por acá. Pague casi 700.000 por una noche que deja mucho que desear.

Hotel bonito cerca a zona a de restaurantes
Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel fue la atención y el personal muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca a restaurantes y cafes de Ciudad Jardin y a la estación del mio Universidades. El hotel es muy bonito, y agradable, y de una arquitectura por terrazas muy bonita. Las camas son cómodas y la ducha caliente.

Cons:

La habitación nos pareció muy fría. Aunque tiene terraza, no hay mucha privacidad entre las terrazas de las habitaciones. La habitación no tenía nevera. El desayuno es rico pero no hay muchas opciones, solo una opción de proteina, no hay quesos ni mantequilla, no hay cereales, y pocos tipos de panes, sugeriría mejorar la variedad del bufet.

Beautiful, comfortable and well located. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Evelyn at the hotel restaurant is amazing!
We had two different suites, one with a terrace and spa tub and another one with a hot tub inside the room, they were both comfortable and spacious, the beds are great and the best thing is that is a small and very private boutique hotel
We will come back! 100 % recommended

COSTOSO Y FALTO DE DETALLES

La ubicación. La estética del lugar. La zona de piscina es bonita.

Cons:

Es un hotel costoso para ser tan de AUTOSERVICIO:
* No hay donde colgar la toalla en el baño.
* No hay donde poner los cepillos de dientes.
* Te dicen que busques tu toalla de la piscina… nadie te la entrega. Nunca estaban las toallas limpias donde supuestamente debes cogerlas.
* El desayuno es rico pero mega demorado. Se debe bajar con mucho tiempo.
* No cumplen los horarios del desayuno. No empieza a las 6:30a.m. como ellos dicen.
* A la piscina solo le da sol de 10 a.m. a 1 p.m.
* Dos personas, una de recepción y otra de cocina no fueron amables y tampoco fueron claras con la información.
* El hotel esta remodelado, pero tiene unos detalles feos que no contemplaron en la obra. Los bordes de las puertas son huecos. Entonces te ven desde el lavamanos cuando entras a la zona de sanitario. 😖😞
* Llegamos desde Bogotá manejando por horas y cuando entramos al parqueadero nadie bajó a explicarnos donde dejar el carro. Todo es como adivinando o como lo puedas hacer.
* No hay neverita en algunas habitaciones. Por tanto, para tomar agua fría siempre te toca bajar al Restaurante.

La verdad no vale la pena el precio tan alto por un servicio tan desinteresado hacía el Huesped.
