服務人員都很客氣！
房間廁所衛生紙架設計不實用，加上安裝位置角度不理想，抽衛生紙時容易整捲紙掉下來。

泳池區管理需加強
Pros:

可以理解假日游泳池人很多小孩很多，但溫泉水療池小孩在哪裡游泳拍水，造成想泡水的人都無法使用，也沒有飯店的人在管。變成全部都是小孩遊戲池。

服務完全沒話說，只是有一些小地方還是希望能夠更貼心一點。比方說，既然對入住的兒童額外收費了，那房間裡如果能夠直接準備好兒童的拖鞋&浴衣就更好了。

客房清潔不太確實
Pros:

房間有煙味，和客服反應似乎並不太在乎。訂房有備註有小孩及不要吸菸房，房內有安排小孩床但無視於煙味。客房在打掃後將房間鑰匙交於我們前，並沒有先處理房間的煙味，由於客滿無法換房，我們只能等待飯店安排人員除臭，這是假期的壞的開始。
