Pros:

飯店地點很好，位於市中心，去哪邊都方便。整體上算乾凈，員工非常親切友善，詢問問題很快得到解答。早餐是簡單自助吧，有簡單水果、麵包及清粥小菜等，推薦入住！

Cons:

停車場需步型約5分鐘以上較為不便，不過離捷運不遠，搭大眾交通工具來的人應該是很方便；房間內沒有暖氣，晚上滿冷的，還好櫃台有提供小型移動式電暖器，但是4人房只有吹到的一小區會暖，稍稍可惜，若是冬天入住應該會滿冷的。

Cons:

The 5th floor lounge lacks maintenance, often times coffee machine is out of milk and there are no cleanings after hours, even though it's open for 24 hours and guests are coming in and out because this is a hotel. Also the housekeeping is substandard, one special note, cleaning does not clean out empty bottles if they are not placed in the trash can, which is weird.. like we are supposed to recycle those bottles ourselves. Breakfast is mediocre, almost same with all other Khotel branches like they all share the same menu. I have stayed at 3 different Khotel this month and among them I like the Taipei II branch the best, the worst is the Nanjing branch, very dusty all over and the front desk has worst attitude, like they hate their jobs or whatever.
