Pros:

Комфортный, тёплый Номер. Была в морозы -30, тепло в номере было крайне актуально. Нормальная приборка, тихо. Хороший завтрак.
Огорчил лишь душ. Протекающая тесная кабина, плохая герметичность. Слабенький напор.

Изначально подтвердили бронь, по приезду номер оказался занят, поселили на первом этаже , под окном была круглосуточная стройка, спать было не возможно, на просьбу заменить номер, никак не отреагировали, так как приехали в два часа ночи уставшие , пришлось остаться.когда оплачивали номер, он почему то подорожал на третие сутки, но нас никто об этом не предупредил . Администраторы были абсолютно безучастны к нашим просьбам. Больше никогда не остановимся в этом отеле, такое отношение сейчас редко где встретишь

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение, близко ко всем основным интересным местам. Номер аккуратный, чистый, повидавший многое, но видно, что ухоженный. Очень приятные администраторы, которые после регистрации даже провожают до номера - сейчас большая редкость. Все базовые вещи есть - чай, кофе, банные принадлежности (хоть и не фирменные), телевизор, интернет. Кровати удобные, не продавленные.
Из минусов отмечу очень скудный завтрак и несколько завышенную цену.

Pleasantly Surprised!
Pros:

Gorky is a fabulous small and cosy hotel in the centre of town. Its an easy walk to explore a lot of what Nizhny has to offer. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and although I didn't expect it, she spoke very good English which always makes things easier as my Russian is non-existent. My husband, 2 sons aged 11 and 14 and myself had plenty of room in one bedroom with each of us having a bed to ourselves. The room itself was clean, warm and cosy with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also clean with heated floor which is always lovely in a Russian winter. Whilst there is no restaurant in the hotel they do provide a buffet type breakfast that was very good with something to suit everyone's taste. I would definitely stay at Gorky again.
