Great stay! The sheets could use an upgrade but other than that, great location, great food, nice ambience! Would stay again.

Tv kept shutting off. Called maintenance but he could not fix it. Kind of a pain to watch tv having it shut off every 5 minutes.

A good stay at this hotel. Nothing fancy and pretty basic surroundings in the room, but everything you needed.

We had a loft suite which was very large but it was not separated between rooms. Oddly there was only one garbage can in the whole room and that was a small can in the bathroom. There was a mini fridge with drinks in it and some extra room for some of our own bottles, however there was no microwave. The valley service was very good. Check in was quick. No checkout required as they just email you the bill. Chicago charges some high taxes. We had lunch and I had the pork belly Benedict which was very good. My wife had the Smashburger which was also very good.

The accommodations were lovely - fresh, spotless and with all the amenities we could ask for!

The first thing that's needed to be done at this hotel is that all ground staff ie reception and bar need to do a hospitality course. We entered and left the hotel without any interaction from them. In this day and age surely a Hello or Thank you could be inputted to the staffs daily routine. Uphouse staff were the opposite, so friendly and nice.
We ordered a beer on saturday while waiting for a taxi, the lady that served us wanted to be anywhere but work.
Reception staff should not be on the desk unless they greet and welcome their customers on all accounts.

Ordered a double queen room and received a single king. Cot was “comped”. Gee thanks

Die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Cafes, Restaurants und der Metrostation. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat kleine Schwächen, wie z.B. ein fehlendes Handtuch, direkt geklärt. Das Zimmer war so geräumig, dass wir die Koffer einfach an der Seite aufgeklappt lassen konnten, ohne dass jemand drüber gestolpert wäre. Und die Dusche war so gut, dass ich immer etwas länger geduscht habe als zu Hause.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in an amazing location.

What a jewel! Really loved the vibe. Rooms so comfy and clean, the front desk super helpful and easy. Sure beats the big chains I have to use for business travel.

I enjoyed my stay here. It's peaceful and away from the train noise and nicely located. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Leo. Thank you, Leo, for making my stay memorable. I will definitely come back.

Great location if staying in the loop

The hotel is pretty to look at and more boutique than luxury. The overall room vibes are instagram worthy but don’t give you a sense of luxury. The beds are super low and uncomfortable/hard to sleep on. The desk is made out of plywood and was warping/worn out. The functionality of the room was lacking. The sink was in the entry hall so no privacy and the bathroom was a tub-shower with a curtain. The tub shower was awkwardly high-walled, which was not easy to get in and out of and even worse the floors of the shower/tub were slippery. The soaps and shampoos were strange flavors and didn’t elevate the experience. The room was clean but the blinds did not black out the sunlight which came over the top of the drapes. Overall, restaurant and rooftop cinema are cool and the hotel is definitely nice, but if you’re spending that much on a room I would suggest looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and luxurious experience. The staff was very kind and attentive.

The phone in our room did not work.
The beds were so hard and uncomfortable!!
Housekeeping entered the room at 9am without knocking.
The fridge was so tiny and full of “for purchase” items we couldn’t put anything in it.

The location was the best thing about this hotel but everything else was the quality of a very low budget motel.

Don’t waste your money!!!
