It was overall a pleasant experience with some glitches.
Pros:

The property is at a prominent location in the city and next to the eye hospital. So, it was very convenient for us to visit the hospital and explore. The staff at the hotel were friendly and responsive. The Hotel rooms were clean and tidy

Cons:

The hotel rooms and bathrooms had a wierd smell due to lack of ventilation. Hotel rooms and bathrooms need deep cleaning. The hotel listed wheelchair in its facilities but initially they denied to provide a wheelchair for disabled person traveling with me. I had to argue with them to get them to provide us with a wheelchair.
