Super établissement le personnel est très agréable

Great location near many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, markets, and other places of interest.
Very affordable.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was really low. I also didn't always have hot water.
The bed wasn't comfortable, the bathroom was a bit dirty. Too little toilet paper in the room. No bathroom mat. Towels never got changed until I asked after 4 nights.

I'd call it a budget hotel, not boutique.

オーナーがとても気さくで温かい方でした。また、チェックインが22時までとありましたが、バス到着が22時のため少し遅くなってしまうことをメールで伝えると快くOKしてくださいました。またチェンマイを訪れる際はこのホテルを利用したいと思います！

Pros:

Super vriendelijke eigenaar en bij aankomst (om 8.00 s’ochtends😅), zat hij al klaar om ons te helpen! Hij heeft een half uur de tijd genomen om als zijn tips te delen en geregeld dat we al om 11.00 in de kamer konden ipv om 14.00. Kamer was ook helemaal prima, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding + elke dag schone lakens, handdoeken en een nieuw flesje water en goede airco! Locatie is ook goed, in het centrum en op loopafstand van alles wat nodig is. We hebben uiteindelijk 2 nachten bijgeboekt en dat ging super makkelijk! Wij vonden het top!

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is perfect, ligt om de hoek van de Sunday walking street en de night market. Ook liggen er diverse tempels om de hoek. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en kan je helpen met het boeken van diverse excursies

Cons:

Het is zeer luidruchtig en het bed ligt voor geen meter.

Pros:

The hotel is incredibly cosy and has a beautiful, personal touch. We slept like babies in the bed! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The owner is friendly, down-to-earth, and incredibly helpful with suggestions and tips. I even lost my ring during our stay—Thoni kindly kept it safe for me until I could pick it up. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! Cherry on the top - the location is perfect.

Le propriétaire très gentil et serviable. L’emplacement au top au cœur de la vieille ville. Le prix très peu élevé.

Cons:

Au vu des notes de l’établissement, nous nous attendions à un peu plus de qualité. Les serviettes et les draps n’étaient pas dans un très bon état. La clim vieille et pas de qualité. Gros bémol dans la salle de bain où il y avait de l’eau partout à chaque fois qu’on utilisait le robinet. Un coup de peinture serait le bienvenu.
Cependant, je tiens à préciser que le prix était vraiment pas élevé, donc nos attentes étaient sans doute trop élevés. Pour des personnes qui cherchent un endroit où dormir au prix le plus bas, c’est très correct.

Der Owner Tony ist ein richtiger Schatz! Er hat sich ganz lieb gekümmert & spricht auch sehr gut Englisch :)

Cons:

Das Bett war leider sehr Drahtig & nicht wirklich bequem :/
Auch sonst könnte das Zimmer mal einen neuen Anstrich bekommen & etwas mehr Liebe reingesteckt werden (zum Beispiel nur leere Bilderrahmen an der Wand haha)
