飯店新，房間很乾淨，員工有禮貌很客氣，有機會去阿里山ㄧ定會在入住

房間很新很乾淨,覺得有點小,除了晚上暖氣空調有點大聲外,其餘都很滿意,

環境優美！但是真心不建議不看日出的遊客去住！
4點開始噪音問題嚴重！隔音起差無比！
可惜了山上空氣涼爽度。根本睡不好！天啊～惡夢

該區裝潢最新的飯店，櫃台服務親切，會主動對景區內提供旅遊資訊

Modern design, clean. Very comfortable beds.
Water bottles are provided each day. Free local style breakfast at neighbour restaurant.

非常好，熱水部分雖然有人說會忽冷忽熱，但是實際入住後發現還好，是不好調整，但水溫確定後不再亂動，基本上水溫的變化上是可以接受的
住宿過程享受了結婚多年後難得的小兩口時光

The staff provides good recommendation on both seeing the sunrise and sightseeing around Alishan.

阿里山の情報少ないですが、阿里山の中心街にあるホテルです
（バスターミナルから徒歩10分；送迎あり。阿里山駅から徒歩3－4分）
築数年と思われる新しいホテルで、清掃も十分
シャワーだけでしたが、熱いお湯が豊富です
スーペリア 4 人部屋を2人使用でしたが、ダブルベッド2台でゆったりでした
残念な点は２つ　エレベータがない
朝食は、徒歩2－3分の別の食堂。ただ、ホテルの高品質に比べると朝食は、イマイチです
とはいえ、非常に快適に宿泊でき大満足です

Location is quite good. Recommend. Room is clean and not to small.

It was 15 deg outside and there was no heating provided in the room. The beds were also very hard, like wooden floor. The pillows provided no support, and there were no spare pillows in the room.

We do appreciate that the front desk staff offered the seniors in our group a room on the first floor, as there is no elevator in the building. The front desk staff also helped us carry our luggage to our room on the third floor.

They advertise all rooms have a mini fridge, but they do not. We stored some of our food/beverages in their main fridge downstairs and saw it was STUFFED with other people's items too, so it seems none of the rooms have a fridge.
Bed also rock hard (but I've discovered that's just a thing in Taiwan...you have to spring for more expensive hotels for soft bedding).
Great location though, check in staff was awesome and gave us a great map with excellent instructions.

The property is well maintained, location is great, pick up and drop off at bus transportation- these are what I liked.

room does not have bathtub nor shower curtain, only provide one bath towel no facial towel, hot water not available 24 hours (only 4pm to 11 am). No free coffee- a small half cup cost 30 NTD- these are what I don’t appreciate.

設施比較舊,毛巾床單有污積。隔音差,窗外有人談話也能聽到。唯獨服務員比較有禮,值得一讚。如果預上山看日出算是選擇之一。

The two bedroom is quite small, without a desk. The bed is also very small. There is no closet for hanging clothes. Not worthy of the money one paid. The staff at the counter were pretty friendly, and explained everything in details.

I am so glad i got a room upgrade.

This hotel is in a convenient location. It provides basic accommodations for short stays.

Good location not far from the market/town. No elevator but the staff assisted me to bring my heavy luggages up and down.

Great location. Staff is very helpful. Room and breakfast is ok. The hotel offer free shuttle service to bus station which is very convenient.

Location is convenient.
My room glass window was left open throughout the night. Room was freezing cold in the night. Even though the heater was turn on.
I only discovered this problem before checking out.
