I booked a presidential suite to celebrate valentines with my wife.
chathurika ( Chathu) the guests relations executive was very welcoming and has been very supportive throughout.
The infinite pool is awesome with breathtaking views.

During the checking in, we had an issue of the reservation showing the booking was only for 2 adults and 1 kid while it is showing on my end 2 adults and 2 kids. The customer relations rep: Chathu was very helpful in resolving the issue quickly.

After a small blip with our room allocation, everything was quickly and professionally sorted, and from that moment on we experienced some of the best hotel service we’ve had.
A special thank you to the wonderful Guest Services team, especially Chathurika, Kaveesha, and Mihirini, for their warmth and attention to detail. And to Ravi and Moksha in the restaurant who truly made our stay exceptional. They greeted us with smiles every day, were incredibly kind to our children, and couldn’t have made us feel more comfortable.
The Golden Crown is a lovely hotel, but it’s the staff who make it truly special. Highly recommended!
