A bit confusing sometime with the elevators
Hotel was clean, spacious and the building was beautiful.
Staff needs to enhance their communication skills in english specially the staff on counter should be good to understand and respond actively. Ordered the food late night and that was surely not fresh :(
It was pretty run down and had mould.

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire hotel team, and especially to Ms. Mihirini from Guest Experience, for making my stay truly memorable.
Throughout my stay, Ms. Mihirini , Ms Ayesha , Ms Chathurika and her colleagues checked on me daily, ensuring that I was comfortable and well looked after. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest.
One day, when Ms. Mihirini learned that I had decided to skip a tour and spend a relaxing day by the pool instead, she thoughtfully arranged a delightful afternoon tea for me. It was an unexpected gesture that perfectly reflected the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest care.
Upon my departure, she went above and beyond once again by carefully preparing a bag of sweets for my journey, knowing that I had a three-hour drive to the airport ahead of me. This level of thoughtfulness and compassion was truly outstanding.
The genuine warmth, professionalism, and dedication demonstrated by Ms. Mihirini and the entire team made my stay exceptional. Combined with the beautiful five-star ambiance and impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly remarkable experience.

Spacious, modern comfortable room with a beautiful view! Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly Mihirini who was very attentive. The infinity pool is lovely with a stunning view! Breakfast was great with lots of choice! Great for families, would definitely return!

we stayed there for 3 nights. It was absolutely perfect, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to make us feel good. Loved staying there and will stay there many more times. Mihirini was absolutely fantastic, asked several times during the day if we were doing well, sent messages and asked if everything was okay. She did everything she could she is just like a diamond for the hotel. if we needed anything. Very good. Wasantha was an excellent driver, he was lovely in every way. He was very polite and very kind, he showed us around and we felt very safe with him. Wasantha really needs a pat on the back. Mihirin and Wasantha made our 3 days absolutely fantastic. Will stay there many more times because of them.
Mihrini upgraded our room too and we were very happy.
