Als wir in Kairo im Town VIew Hotel ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser bestelltes Zimmer nicht verfügbar ist (anderweitig vergeben)! Wir wurden nunmehr an ein "Partnerhotel" verwiesen, welches
1. um ca. 40 € teurer war
2. kein Balkon/Terrasse
3. minimalistisches Frühstück
4. kein Handtuchwechsel, Klopapier musste man sich selbst holen
etc.
Ich ersuche um Refundierung des finanziellen Schadens in der Höhe von € 40,--

The location was good
Disappointing experience – Very poor room condition! ❌
I had a very frustrating stay at this hotel. The room provided was not the one I had originally booked.
Furthermore, the room condition was unacceptable:
The wardrobe was completely broken and unusable.
There was absolutely nowhere to hang or store my clothes.
Basic essentials were missing, including towels, which I had to request separately.
Management needs to look into their maintenance and ensure guests actually get what they pay for. I do not recommend this place.
I would like to thank Mr. Saleh, who works at reception; he is a very kind, helpful, and responsive person. I also thank all the staff. I loved this hotel ♡

Visto il prezzo ragionevole , abbiamo prenotato una camera solo per fare una doccia e poi ripartire per la
Nostra notte in bus , al nostro arrivo in camera (18.00) non c’erano asciugamani per la doccia e neanche carta igienica , abbiamo fatto presente il problema alla reception , che ci m 2 ore non è riuscita a procurarci dei semplici asciugamani puliti per lavarci , alla fine abbiamo dovuto andare via senza riuscire a lavarci , al momento del check out ci è stato fatto pagare il conto per intero
