Overall great hotel
Pros:

We generally enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the staff and service is great, the rooms were clean and modern

Cons:

It would be great to have a greater breakfast variety, like maybe some fruits or vegetables (fried eggs were tasty, but I got I bit tired eating them for the entire week).
Also, it would be great if there was a possibility to provide guests with an iron (the hotel offers only the laundry service of their contracted firm).

Elegant hotel with excellent food and location.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Good choice of dishes and lots of food. It's the first time I've seen a "pre-breakfast". In fact I would serve it as a "post-breakfast" since it consisted of a sweet cornetto with jam or honey and a coffee. Then there were eggs, or fruit, or french toasts for the actual breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing a renovation of its exterior which was an unexpected and not a very nice surprise.
The room was very warm (kept at 24C) and the temperature in the room could not be adjusted and we were afraid to keep the window open at night because of
the scaffolding outside. Also the bed was a bit creaky but very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel next to the old town
Pros:

The staff is fantastic. The location is perfect (literally 3 minutes from the old town and the beach). Breakfast is great.
