room Air-con very bad , not cold enough also only face in sitting area , bed area is nothing - super hot under summer season , it is unacceptable, i book is a suite.

Breakfast is not good, most of the itemls are finished everyday before 9 and charging doesn't have any meaning here, breads are not fresh most of the days.
The hotel is non smoking, but I felt its smell every 24 hours in my room.
The other hardship that you will face in this hotel is lack of English speaker people,  there are only 2 persons at the hotel that can speak English.
Internet is good but sometimes it is weak,
Noisy area,
Fitting and sauna are not working.

An excellent location. It's just couple of minutes away by walk from very spectacular places of the Capital city, Ankara. Hotel building is pretty old and needs to be renovated. However, it's clean enough. Personnel was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was average.

Located in an electrical shop district,a dark and dirty street which did not feel very safe and there was only one restaurant within walking distance,the rooms were dark and musty, the lifts were too small and not fit for purpose, too small, too old etc. The breakfast was 'served' to us from the buffet by a very sulky female on paper plates with plastic cutlery, probably due to Covid, but the most 'over the top' we had, and made it very difficult to have a decent breakfast. No fresh fruit, yoghurts and instant coffee. The rooms was clean and spacious, a good sized shower with good water pressure. One very small and basic lift. The whole hotel seemed tired and in need of refurbishment.

It's okay, little bit over rated.
Designed for local people rather than for tourists.
The carpet on the stairs is stained and it's very veasibl.

Location - near the museums.
Parking and initial access with the car was a bit problematic.

No point in paying extra for an upgrade since you can’t get it. Lots of broken things in the room.

Standartlarda bi otel. Fiyat / kalite olarak iyi diyebiliriz. Gonul rahatligiyla kalabilirsiniz.

It is not good enough to be 4*, but it is really good for its money.

Unfortunately almost everything was disappointing

- I wrote that approximate time of arrival is 9-10 PM. But my room was not ready and we needed to wait.
- reception stuff was not kind.
- no shower gel in room. Only shampoo
- no cups or glasses.
- no trashbox in the room, only in the bathroom.
- air conditioner didn’t work
- door to the balcony was broken
- light above bed didn’t work properly
- room size was absolutely not 35 sq meters how was written in reservation. We took Deluxe room with Castle view. It was maximum 25 sq meters together with balcony. It was not looking like on the picture.
- we had problems with check out - they asked us to pay second time for the room. We didn’t pay in the end but it took us some time to solve this problem.

Good stay for $35 a night. Would not stay if more expensive as the rooms smell like stale smoke and the carpet floors are filthy. Shower and bathroom are great. No parking at hotel except what can be found on the street which is difficult. Good breakfast.

The hotel is well located if arriving to Ankara by train and is near a lovely park with restaurants and a funfair. The old town is a short uphill walk away. The staff in the hotel spoke little English but we're very pleasant and let us leave our bags there after we'd checked out. The room was clean but smelt a little of stale cigarette smoke (the only real downside). Fine for one night and good value considering the cost.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel is very poor, the staff are ignorant and the hotel also has bugs and jerk definitely do not recommend poor breakfast noisy noisy cleaners stolen goods, awful experience

This hotel is bad I regret staying there. It is old and dirty, tripadvisor should double check about their 4 stars rating for this hotel. Breakfast is a joke. There is no room service and the front desk people don't speak English.

I agree with what other comments said. The hotel pictures misled me. Room smells bad, AC is not working, towels and pillows were dirty. I booked there because they are the cheapest 4 stars hotel but I would never come back there even for free!

It is the cheapest 4 stars hotel in Ankara for a reason, but the truth is, it is the most expensive choice because it doesn't qualify for even a 1 star hotel. The bad smell is awful and the bugs are all over the place. I attached a picture of a bug bite. On top of that, AC is not working. I couldn't understand how in the world this is a 4 stars hotel.

I don't even know where to start, this is my worst hotel experience ever. Don't be fooled by the pictures like we unfortunately did, the pictures are far from reality. The room is not clean and the smell is awful, something like a restroom smell you have to live with, all the time. Blankets have dirty spots and towels are old and smelly. Air Condition was not working and when we asked to fix it they fixed it for exactly 5 minutes and it stopped. It was hot and with no AC we had to open the window where flies and mosquitoes entered the room. I couldn't sleep at night because of bugs and mosquitoes biting and bothering us all night. The location is also bad, it is in a poor neighborhood with noisy and narrow roads like poor ghettos. You need to walk for 15 minutes to get transportation to the city.

Otelin fotograflarda gorup de umacaginizdan daha vasat oldugunu soyleyebilirim. Kahvaltida cesit cok ama hicbir sey lezzetli degil, yalnizca tereyagi bal yiyebildim. Otel nispeten yeni acilmis olmasina ragmen calisanlarin yuzlerinden bir bikkinlik seziliyor. Yatak rahat, banyo guzel dosenmis. Lokasyon iyi ancak muhit kotu. Ortalamada vasat bir konaklama sizi bekliyor.
