B2 Nimman Premier Hotel

The room is dark and dated which was predictable, but the AC stinks badly and the staff says it was because of the direct sun. Restroom is not spotless. The design of this hotel is weird and were not thought throughly. Not an easy access as you took some stairs to the elevator, then stairs again to the room. Just stay somewhere else in Nimman, or just another B2.

Location is excellent for move around and facilities provided.

Clean, modern hotel. Room was nice with a large bathroom. Close to shopping and bars, good local food just across the street.

The Location is good.
The room is valueble.
But the carpark not enough for all guest.

Perfect for a couple fhours days working there

โรงแรมสภาพเก่ามาก ไปคนเดียว เวลานอนดูน่ากลัว แต่จริง ๆ ก้อปลอดภัยดี แต่สภาพโรงแรมทำให้รู้สึกแบบนั้น ไม่น่าจะไปอีก

ห้องแคบมากค่ะ มืดเกินไป ที่จอดรถมีน้อย ห้องสะอาดดี

The run down hotel is not locate in Nimman road as it’s name so this is really mislead.

The room is small and dark and very dirty. There is smell from the bathroom so we asked the reception to fix the smelly bathroom but got shock with the reply that it’s raining season so all rooms got smelly bathroom. How can you got such reply from the hotel? The hotel management really don’t care on their run down facility.

Beside smelly bathroom, we also shock on the towel provide. It’s very dirty and look like floor mat more than to be used as towel. Asked the reception to change then they said all towel are the same, they don’t have clean one.

Don’t stay here!

location and room are good but bathroom is needs to be repaired. Towel is the key! it's like a rag.

Good location. It’s close to Nimman. There are many restaurants and cafe in a walking distance.

ห้องพักโอเค สะอาดดี ของใช้น้อยไปนิด โดยรวมคือดี เดินทางสะดวก แต่พนักงานต้องปรับปรุงมารยาท และปรับปรุงเรื่อง service mind มากกว่านี้

No Frills and affordable place. It met my expectations. Was in a quiet spot just away from the busier side of Nimman. Spacious room. TV reception were bad for just afew channels. Shower partition door may need some refurnishing. May not be good for people having difficulties climbing stairs - the lift starts from level 2 - but technically, it’s just half a level of stairs to walk up.
Overall - it’s still good for its price for me. Not for fussy travellers i guess.

This was a really nice hotel and in a good area. Staff were lovely too. Would stay again.

Good location.

Bathroom floor dirty. Towel looks old. Nothing like in the picture advertise. Sorry, but there's another hotel under this rate with the better condition. Will never visit again.

The hotel was fabulous!! I love the decor and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You feel like you're staying in a luxury hotel. My only complaints are that the A/C is controlled at the front desk and my first night was like sleeping in a freezer. Once I mentioned it to the staff the next morning, they took care of it immediately. Another thing to note, they don't appear to clean the windows between stays. I noticed this at one of their sister properties as well. I'm guessing it isn't company policy to wipe the windows down. It's kind of disheartening to see hand prints and forehead prints all over the window, when in such a beautiful room.

With that being said, I still highly recommend this place. I plan to come back as soon as possible.
