Pros:

La amabilidad y calidez de la empleada del bar donde desayunamos el dia lunes, ya que el domingo estaba cerrado y no pudimos gozar del servicio

Cons:

Las imágenes compartidas en la aplicación no coinciden con la realidad del apart. Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones, el hall siin luz durante el fin de semana. El sistema de ingreso al apart no es cómodo teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de dígitos y el tamaño del panel, códigos q se actualizan por dia; situación que nos generó MUCHO MALESTAR e INSEGURIDAD, ya que no lográbamos ingresar al apart a la 01:00 am, el núm de whatsap estaba autimatizado y el núm al cual dirigirnos por urgencias estaba apagado.. NO CUENTAN CON CONSERJE o a quién recurrir ante inconvenientes como los descriptos.

Ideal para recorrer el centro

La ubicación me pareció excelente, porque nos permitió recorrer y movernos cómodamente por todo el centro.

Cons:

No tengo nada negativo para mencionar, todo estuvo muy bien: el lugar, las instalaciones y el wifi.

No busques más, quedate aquí!
Pros:

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del microcentro y del Patio Olmos. El dpto cómodo y bien equipado. La anfitriona fue extraordinaria.
Un detalle importante, es que NO te piden seña previa, había reservado previamente 3 dptos por esta app, los cuales decían "sin pago por adelantado", y luego 2 de ellos me exigieron el 30% o no me reservaban el dpto, y la 3ra directamente me pidió que cancelara la reserva y "arreglaramos por fuera de Booking". Un vergüenza.
A éste dpto pueden venir con toda confianza.
Cuando vuelva a Cordoba, seguro volveré a este mismo lugar.

Cortes de electricidad por varias horas. La cochera no está en el mismo edificio y tiene coste. Conexión WiFi muy floja. Ducha incómoda. La puerta se golpeaba cada vez que se abría o cerraba otra. En general falta de mantenimiento
