Pros:

The location is very good, close to the river shore and very central in the city.
During the festive season, especially in summer, it is in a preferential location.
From the hotel you can cross the bridge over the Gualeguaychú River, even on foot, and reach the Unzué Park, a very nice and excellent place to run or play sports.

Cons:

Breakfast could be better.
Perhaps in Argentine culture breakfast is a fleeting thing.
But at the hotel level, it should be considered that people who are traveling expect a careful breakfast since sometimes travelers arrive at their destination very late.
