Excellent location, a delightful hotel full of character, comfortable and good value for money
Pros:

Beautiful, very old building sympathetically modernised in an excellent location. Very pretty room with a pleasant out look over an attractive inner courtyard and blissfully quiet. Breakfast was good but not outstanding.

Cons:

The staff were pleasant and professional but one did not get the feeling that they were enthusiastic about their jobs or would go the extra mile. Not all of the freshly cooked breakfast dishes were included and the choice on the buffet was pretty standard.

Tady není o čem! Nádherný hotel s historickou minulostí, která na vás dýchne v každém koutě. Skvělý profesionální personál. Snídaně byla super ale v této cenové relaci bych uvítal větší výběr. Jinak nemám co vytknout. Samozřejmě cena je vyšší ale stojí to za to!

Amazing hotel, highly recommend
Pros:

Charming, beautiful hotel just a few minutes away from the Charles Bridge but in a quiet setting.
Staff were very friendly.

Außergewöhnliches Erlebnis
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, vernünftige Anbindungen an die Bahn.
Das Personal war größtenteils sehr freundlich jnd hilfsbereit. Auch eine Bestellung von ein ein paar Blumen auf das Zimmer, war völlig Problemlos. Das gesamte Hotel ist ein echtes Erlebnis.

Cons:

Tatsächlich war uns das Bett etwas zu hart, was aber nichts heißen muss.
Den Spa Bereich konnten wir leider nicht nutzen da dieser in dem Zeitraum geschlossen war.

Très bel endroit bien placé mais confort à améliorer pour un 5 étoiles.
Pros:

La décoration et les équipement spa

Cons:

La literie trop peu généreuse en taille et pas assez confortable. Mais surtout l’isolation phonique. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue malastrava et le simple vitrage n’est clairement pas suffisant surtout quand la fenêtre donne sur la porte de la lingerie réveillés les deux matins à 7h….
