Pros:

Beautiful building, great location. Large, well-equipped rooms. Staff are very nice and helpful, particularly the gentleman who checked us in when we arrived quite late in the evening.

Cons:

Breakfast quality could be improved. Guests should not be allowed in the ground ground floor common areas in their dressing gowns. A woman had her bare feet up on the table in one of the lounge rooms, which was gross.

Trotz Anmerkung würden wir wieder kommen.
Pros:

Super Hotel und richtig tolle Lage, direkt in der Altstadt 5 min entfernt von der Karlsbrücke.

Cons:

Habe drei Anmerkungen:
Leider war bei uns die Matratze durchgelegen, richtig unbequem zu schlafen.
Frühstücksbuffet war toll, leider waren die Eier sowie Speck und Würstchen lauwarm.
Im Wellnessbereich wurden die Saunatücher nicht regelmäßig erneuert, es standen auch gebrauchte Gläser von den Vorgängern rum. Fur so einen Hotel finde ich es nicht angebracht.
Da soll der Service etwas verbessert werden.

Exzellent!
Pros:

Es war ein außergewöhnlicher Traum! Das Zimmer, die Ausstattung. Sensationell! ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, da es für mich ein totaler Traum war dort bleiben zu dürfen.
Alles war tip top sauber und das Personal war unglaublich freundlich.
freue mich aufs nächste mal.

Außergewöhnlich!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gegenüber der US-Botschaft. Deshalb äußere Kfz-Kontrolle bei der Zufahrt. Parkerlaubnis vor dem Hotel max 15 min… nur zum Ausladen des Gepäcks. Parken erledigt der Hotelporter… Parkgebühr 50.-€ pro Nacht.
Das Hotel selbst ist außergewöhnlich ausgestattet, sehr prunkvoll möbliert. Auch die Zimmer …sehr nobel. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Gestört hat aber im Frühstücksraum, dass Gäste mit ihren Hunden dort sein dürfen. Es ist nicht angenehm, wenn neben dem eigenen Tisch 2 !!! große Tiere liegen, die beim Aufstehen erstmal unseren Tisch beschnüffeln und sich dann ausgiebig ihr Fell schütteln. An der Rezeption sehr wertvolle Tipps für Veranstaltungen in Prag und auch Buchungen.
Hotel kostet seinen Preis ,ist aber -durch das außergewöhnliche Ambiente- empfehlenswert!

Good but too noisy. I will not come back
Pros:

The room is spacious, well-decorated and clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, there are many small nice details are like chocolates for the evening, wine and cheese at 4pm, the facilities are very clean, nice spa area

Cons:

We were given the room 103, and the isolation from noise is poor. There were noise from upstairs which were preventing to rest and sleep. For me comfort and peace of mind during travel is priority so for the room of this level it was a disappointment. The room windows are facing another building so no view for this class of room

Beautiful hotel in very convenient location, spotlessly clean.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, great location. Attentive staff. Lovely touch to provide complimentary wine & cheese from 4pm to 4.30.

Cons:

Spa area was very small and poorly laid out. Pool was cold. Beautiful lobby area but no bar in the evenings to enjoy it.
