Pros:

Free parking was located right next to the hotel. Good sized rooms. Considerate staff.

Cons:

Rooms were old and not clean. Carpets were stained, and couches were worn out. Beds were uncomfortable. I wanted to take the kids to play in the yard, but there was an unleashed pitbull with what seemed to be someone living there. It's not a bad place; it just needs more love.

Lokalizacja w samym centrum Vchrlabi, parking na podwórku zaraz za obiektem, śniadania były smaczne i całkiem spore. Mieliśmy pokój w odświeżonej części obiektu, był całkiem przyjemnie urządzony. Panie na recepcji były bardzo miłe.

Cons:

Duży minus za brak czajnika w pokoju. Jest dostępny we wspólnej przestrzeni na dole, ale mieliśmy z niej tak daleko do pokoju, że noszenie kubków z gorącymi napojami nie było zbyt wygodne.
Pokój był trochę niedokładnie sprzątnięty. Na szklanych blatach szafek nocnych były jakieś maziaje, na białych połyskujących płytkach w łazienkach też jakieś plamy. Do tego w łazience unosił się dziwny zapach. Wszystkie te niedogodności zniknęły trzeciego dnia naszego pobytu, room service tego dnia zrobił dobrą robotę - szkoda, że dopiero wtedy, a nie na dzień naszego przyjazdu. Przez pierwsze dwa dni w naszym pokoju stała dostawka dla dziecka, o którą nie prosiliśmy (byliśmy we dwoje, bez dzieci), trzeciego dnia zniknęła. Dziwne to było.
Niektóre rzeczy w pokoju wymagałyby wymiany - choć pokój jest urządzony nowocześnie to czuć ząb czasu przez brak przywiązania uwagi do szczegółów np. klosz żyrandola jest czymś poplamiony i bardzo to się rzuca w oczy przy włączonym świetle, a na tapecie przy wejściu są plamy, których nie da się już doczyścić.
Spotkała nas też przedziwna przygoda - przyjechaliśmy w weekend, pierwszego dnia chcieliśmy skorzystać z sejfu a on zaczął wyć - obsługa przez telefon poinformowała nas, że dopiero w poniedziałek będzie ktoś, kto może to naprawić. Pani była bardzo miła i przepraszała, ale powiem tak - dobrze, że przestał wyć sam po kilku minutach, bo nikt w obiekcie nie mógłby zasnąć kolejne dwa dni. :D
Ogólnie cena jest niska i stosunek ceny do jakości może być, ale no z tą czystością serio trzeba popracować.
