Great value. I will come back for sure.
Pros:

The building itself is a bit old, but the room is spacious and clean. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

Cons:

There’s stairs at the lobby to reach to the elevator so if I were carrying heavy luggage, it would be annoying.

停車方便，在足立區一帶，附近便利商店都有，居酒屋少了些。由於自駕前往所以對其他交通方式不熟悉。

廁所太小，而且好吵，一人上廁所全家都醒了。但洗澡去公共的洗還不錯。

무료 빵과 카레 음료를 제공합니다 2인실 크기가 일반 호텔보다 넓고 좋습니다

위치가 좋은편은 아니지만 충분히 갈만한 위치에 있고 바로 앞에 편의점이 두군데나 있고 매우 추천할만한곳이었습니다

여름만 아니었다면 거리도 신경 안썼을텐데....

휴지나 화장실에서 매우 작은 벌레가 나왔는데 크게 신경은 안썼지만 휴지는 살짝 거부감이 있어서 안썼습니다 ㅋㅋ

The rooms where spacious and clean. The free food was really good, mostly breads, udon and curry with rice.

it was honestly almost perfect. The only thing is for one night stays the checkout at 10 is slightly early.

カビ臭：梅雨時季だったので尚更強く感じたかもしれない。
