Pros:

Már másodjára jártunk a Vila Vitában a kisfiunkkal, mindig nagyon élvezetes számomra az itt tartózkodásunk. Minden csodás. A környezet, a hangulatos bungalók, maga a Hotel, az étterem, a wellness, és persze a dolgozók is. Itt mindig mindenki mosolyog és köszön előre. Az éttermi felszolgáló hölgyek és urak is már előre vártak minket a reggelinél és a vacsoránál is, bekészítve díszes szalvétát és etetőszéket is a kisfiunknak, még ajándék színes ceruzát és színezőt is adtak neki. Az ételek kifogástalanok, akár svédasztalról, akár Al'a cartról legyen szó. A takarító hölgyek mindennap jöttek, (bár mi nem vettük igénybe a mindennapi takarítást) mindent hiánytalanul előkészítettek nekünk, és ha szükségünk volt valamire azonnal segítettek. A wellness részleg dolgozói is mindig nagyon kedvesek voltak. Kijelentkezésünkkor pedig kaptunk ajándék teát is. Jártam már néhány helyen, külföldön és Magyarországon is, de nálam ők mindig az első helyen lesznek. Nagyon hálásak vagyunk minden itt dolgozónak az odaadó munkájáért. Mi még biztos jövünk.

Wir kommen wieder!

Alles top, super ausgestattet, wunderschönes Resort mit vielen Freizeitangeboten für Familien. Personal überaus freundlich, großes Lob an Mia die liebe Kinderbetreuerin.

Cons:

Allergene beim Abendessen nicht immer korrekt angeschrieben. Habe ich auch bei Küche und Rezeption angemerkt.
