Прежде всего хочется отметить великолепное расположение. Хотя, если честно, в Канморе сложно найти плохое место-практически из любой точки города открываются потрясающие виды на горы. Тем не менее расположение отеля оказалось очень удобным как для прогулок, так и для знакомства с окрестностями. Отдельная благодарность всему персоналу отеля за профессионализм, доброжелательность и готовность помочь. Также особенно хочется отметить команду, которая занимается уборкой номеров. Чистота была безупречной на протяжении всего нашего пребывания. Видно, что сотрудники относятся к своей работе очень ответственно и внимательно к деталям. Так же отлично что депозит был полностью возвращен .
Однако есть несколько моментов, которые, на мой взгляд, можно улучшить.
При бронировании мы заранее оплатили услугу раннего заселения на 13:00. К сожалению, в момент нашего приезда возникла техническая проблема с системой программирования ключей, поэтому нам не смогли сразу выдать доступ в номер. В результате нам пришлось несколько раз обращаться к сотрудникам, чтобы они открывали дверь. Позже проблема была решена, и персонал старался помочь, но первые часы пребывания оказались не слишком комфортными.
Второй момент касается политики раннего заселения и позднего выезда. При бронировании через Booking эта опция недоступна сразу и предлагается отдельно уже после бронирования через систему отеля за дополнительную плату.
Честно говоря, для отеля такого уровня это выглядит немного странно. Стоимость проживания и так достаточно высокая, а при наличии свободных номеров раннее заселение на три часа раньше или поздний выезд всего на полтора часа позже (например, в 12:30 вместо 11:00) предлагают оформить за дополнительную оплату около 50$ (за ранее заселение и 50$ поздний выезд) .
Безусловно, каждый отель самостоятельно определяет свою ценовую политику. Однако для гостиницы, позиционирующей себя как премиальный объект размещения, было бы приятно видеть более гибкий подход и включение подобных услуг в стоимость проживания, особенно при наличии свободных номеров. Это создало бы ещё более высокий уровень гостеприимства и оставило бы у гостей ещё более приятные впечатления
