冰箱不冷
Pros:

冰箱無法調溫，有冷但溫度不低，感覺不到有冷，反應後有來看，無法立即改善，只能向上反應。其次洗臉盆滿水孔未清有雜質

房間內的乾淨程度，很有進步空間！ 入住後向櫃檯人員說陽台很髒還有玻璃窗，櫃檯人員說陽台是不開放的。

這個我同意，但窗簾拉開看出去的景像髒的不像話，玻璃也是！

後來有請人去清，結果只清洗乾淨了一半，地板清了，玻璃沒清！！！ 這到底是什麼邏輯啊！


還有飯店內部竟然有多處是沒冷氣的，感覺真的很遭糕。

一個星級飯店渡假村的早餐，用餐環境竟然用工業電扇在維持空調的不足，這我也是第一次見到的。

還有我原本訂的是一大床的雙人房，一個人住。結果給我一個四人房，房價也提高了許多，我也很好奇這是哪一方的問題。

我第一次寫這麼多的感想，希望有人可以處理。

大部分都還算不錯，早餐選擇、品質算豐富、地點佳、停車方便。不過隔音不是太好，隔壁房小朋友蹦跳或者家長喝斥聲音蠻清楚的。飲水區櫃子角落、茶盤皆有些微灰塵累積，使用起來會有些彆扭。

The design of the hotel is very beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast choices were good and it took approximately 10 minutes to walk to the historic section of the city.

鹿港住宿ＣＰ值不差
Pros:

早餐餐點上對茹素的客人有些欠缺周詳
例如炒時蔬大概是唯一素食者可以看得到蔬菜(因為其他是豆腐乳、麵筋、玉筍等罐頭食品)
結果該炒時蔬竟然是炒成葷食的，讓茹素者沒得選擇
其他各方面的話不然很棒，也許是過年期間，所以都有貼心地準備一些小贈品給住房的房客
熱水是水龍頭一開熱水馬上就來，讓寒冬的夜晚洗起來令人備感舒服，水壓足
距離天后宮用走的其實一下子就到，很方便
車子可以停在度假村的超廣大的停車場，非常棒

A hotel run by happy staff
Pros:

Its conveniently located near the bus main terminal. The conveniences like starbucks, OK mart and Mcdonalds (about 3 minutes walk away) are around . The staff are friendly and helpful. Really happy people working in the hotel. slightly away from the old street hence the environment is very clean. The front desk helped to get a car ride back to Changhua
