Construction work will take place near the hotel from 3 March 2026 to 1 December 2026. As these works are beyond our control, some rooms may experience construction-related noise. Please also be aware that the usual route to the hotel may be obstructed due to the construction. Alternative access routes will be available.

Additionally, renovation works will be carried out on the 7th floor of the hotel from 1 May 2026 to 1 November 2026, between 10:00 and 16:00. As all guest rooms are located on other floors, only minor noise may be audible during these hours.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

We zaten net op onze kamer toen een ander stel met hun pasje onze deur opende. Hoe kan zoiets gebeuren?? Dit kan echt niet!!! Gaf een onveilig gevoel. Alleen sorry bij de receptie. Slecht Nederlands sprekende meneer bij de receptie.
Verder heeft de TV op de kamer geen enkele Nederlandse zender.
Tegel in de douche ligt los, voegen zijn eruit, zit tape op de grond. in het nachtlampje zat geen lamp, dus geen verlichting bij het bed.

Habitaciones poco aisladas, se escucha lo que hay fuera y la bajante de agua cada vez que tiran de la cadena, a veces también ha olido un poco mal

Prima hotel voor een bezoek aan de Amsterdam Arena, Afas theater etc.

Prima ligging op 20 minuten van de Amster dam arena.
