Es war sehr dauber und das Personal sehr freundlich
Im Moment ringsum Baustellen. Dusche nicht ausreichend Wassergeschützt.. Parkgebühren waren vielleicht üblich aber zu hoch
The hotel is on metro line 54 Central city, very close to the station, and the distance to the city center is also very short, about half an hour. The last metro is at midnight, which is good. The most important thing is to buy a multi-day metro, tram, and bus pass depending on the length of your stay, as it's much cheaper and very practical — 48 hours for 16 euros. As for the hotel, cleanliness is acceptable, and the rooms are somewhat spacious. Breakfast is 15 euros per person, acceptable, with minimal variety.
Some of the staff are able to help when needed.
The pillow was uncomfortable, as it was too thick and caused me neck pain. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel management. For example, my room had a high temperature, even though the weather outside was pleasant and cool. As a result, I constantly had to request cooling, almost as if I was begging for it. The heating and cooling system cannot be controlled by guests; although there is a control panel in the room, it doesn't work because the system is centralized. This is very surprising, especially since some rooms are overly warm in April, while others might be cold — at least that's what I was told by management. I found this explanation unconvincing, but that's what was said to me.
What I found even more shocking was that one staff member, of Asian appearance, was aggressive to the point of threatening to turn off my phone when I told him my room felt like an oven and that I hadn't been able to sleep for two days. He didn't believe me, and I don't understand why a front desk employee responsible for guest comfort would behave so aggressively. To prove I wasn't exaggerating about the intense heat in my room, I came down early in the morning, visibly sweating. After much effort trying to convince him, he finally offered to visit my room. Eventually, after seeing it for himself, he admitted that I was right and that he had been wrong. My frustration came from having to beg for the very service I paid for, which was meant to ensure my comfort.
Hotel staff need to learn to manage their emotions and absorb guest dissatisfaction, not add to it. You are the face of the hotel and an ambassador for the country you work in. Please be patient and wise. Even a simple response like, 'You're right, I understand. Let me visit your room and try to help you,' would have made a world of difference to me.
Staff were very approachable and food’s ok

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Fijne lokatie.

The breakfast was amazing, good value for the money. 🥐 Staff was extremely polite and the food was delicious. 😋 Cleaning was done daily and the staff were kind. 🛁🛀The consierge were extremely kind about extending stays. 24/7 service. 💓👨💼
There could be a coffee or tea packets in the room. 🍵☕️
Habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Calefacción muy buena. Cambiaron toallas cada día.
Un poco de ruido se traspasaba del pasadizo a la habitación.
The hotel is quite basic but good value for Amsterdam. It was easy to park and then access the city via the metro station which is a few minutes walk away. Our triple room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.
It is not the hotel's fault but the area around it is currently being redeveloped, meaning that we had to circumnavigate a building site to get to the metro station
Located in a quieter part of the city, close to A9, easy to reach by car. Close to metro line 54, which can get you to the Central Station. Polite staff, although a bit cold for my taste (I expect it's a cultural thing, no complaint there), very helpful with everything. Fast check in, great breakfast, parking with a lot of space, easy to reserve via an app.
Small things - only tea in the room; bed had a mattress cover over the existing one, which was comfortable, but still could be better with a proper mattress, so I don't have to readjust it a few rimes a night.
