Hotel bardzo ładny i chętnie bym wróciła, ale obsługa mocno zniechęca.
Pros:

Bardzo ładnie urządzony, piękne pokoje, restauracja, w pokojach dużo udogodnień, szlafroki, mini bar, panel sterowania światłem, telewizor z wieloma możliwościami. Każdy detal bardzo zadbany.

Cons:

Obsługa na bardzo niskim poziomie, sprawiała wrażenie jakby dopiero zaczynała pracę. Jedzenie na kolacji dostaliśmy zimne, room service przyniósł wybrakowane danie. Podczas pobytu w spa przestały działać sauny i obsługa bardzo głośno i w niepoprawny sposób o tym rozmawiała w strefie gdzie chcieliśmy się zrelaksować. Dostaliśmy błędną infomacje o późniejszym wymoldowaniu, w strefie spa nikt nas nie poinstruował gdzieś iść, musiliśmy czekać na obsługę. Stoły w restauracji bardzo długo stały nie posprzątane.

The location is near Kraków and Kraków Airport, set within a well-maintained manor park where it is pleasant to take a walk, breathe fresh air, and admire the plants and sculptures. The grounds are tidy.

Cons:

The lighting in the room is a bit insufficient. Personally, I found the bed mattress and pillow uncomfortable.

Peaceful forest like location

I really liked the location. Remote but close enough to Krakow. The surrounding park was almost like a little forest. Peaceful.
