Pros:

The hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived had room 1212 it was extremely clean beautiful white bedding and towels a really hot shower also the room was really nice and cool the air conditioning works really well the view from the room was amazing over looking Tahir Square and the famous Egyptian museum.the buffet breakfast was really nice but most of all the staff in the hotel are all so friendly welcoming and very hard working a perfect base in downtown Cairo a big thank you to everyone at the hotel

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in an amazing location and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay. Special mention to the breakfast—it was really varied, fresh, and delicious. Highly recommended!

Hotel limpio y cómodo con buena localización.
Pros:

La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, y siempre nos la encontrábamos perfectamente limpia. El wifi también funciona perfectamente. La comida del room service es barata y decente, y el desayuno también está bien modo buffet. El personal muy agradable, varios de ellos hablaban tanto inglés como español. No sabemos el nombre del chico que nos hizo el checkin pero fue encantador y nos ayudó en español sin problemas!
Pd: está muy cerca del Museo antiguo de Egipto, recomiendo 100% visitarlo

Not bad
Pros:

Nothing to be mentioned maybe the location is downtown which means it is so busy and hard to get into a taxi and the location is not accurate on the map

Cons:

Staff were somehow annoying
U need to tip specially doorman and valet guys
Not once not twice almost everyday and sometimes multiple times a day
Housecleaning were not the best and know much about cleaning

Pros:

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den Nil war einfach traumhaft. Das Zimmer war mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet und das Badezimmer bot zahlreiche Pflegeprodukte. Das gesamte Personal, besonders an der Rezeption, war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
