La ubicación e no pleno centro

Cons:

No cuentan con personal que hable español y envíe ropa a la lavandería y la perdieron lo única solución que me dieron fue disculpa y rieron no me dieron solución

La ubicación en pleno centro

Cons:

Nadie del personal habla español y por lo mismo envié ropa a la lavandería esta nunca llegó y a minutos de salir mi vuelo llaman para decirme que tienen mi ropa ,tuve que comprar prendas nuevas para continuar mi viaje no se hicieron responsables

考古学博物館の向かいで立地がよい。有名なコシャリ屋にも徒歩10分くらい。
入口にセキュリティが常駐し、入口の向かいの通りには、ポリスも常駐。
スタッフは、どなたも感じ良かった。
部屋は、綺麗。
スリッパ、歯ブラシなどの備品がついててよかった。再びカイロに来ることがあればまたここに泊まりたいです。

La ubicación del hotel y la habitación. Y el trato de una señora Cristinne encargada de relaciones públicas del hotel y la señora encargada del personal. Y también una chica que limpiaba la habitación. Las tres mujeres que menciono se preocupaban por entendernos el español. También un señor que estaba durante el desayuno. A todos ellos muchas gracias

Cons:

El personal en general no hablaban en español y a pesar de que usábamos el traductor, ellos nos seguían hablando en árabe o inglés. Nos sentimos muy mal tratadas. Salvo por las personas que mencioné antes. Y como burla en el momento de irnos del hotel, apareció un hombre que hablaba español y que nos dijo que cómo no le habíamos avisado, a lo que yo le respondí que yo no era quien debía avisarle, pues no sabía que había alguien que hablaba español, sino que los encargados del hotel debieron comunicárselo a el. No veníamos la hora de irnos. No volvería al hotel.
