Not recommended at all.
Pros:

Staff only.

Cons:

-Poor service.
-Poor hotel
-Poor A/C.
-Poor breakfast buffet.
-Only one bathroom for the whole suite.
-Booking. Com promised for free airport taxi which I didn't find.
-Old room windows not maintaining.
-Very old van model to pick us up to the airport.

very nice.
Pros:

They took me to a sister hotel that belongs to the same group which is nearby, a hotel called Cosmopolitan... and there the services was great too, especially their guest relations staff Mrs. Amany Ali. She was extremely helpful and professional.

Cons:

the stable services, their ongoing efforts to improve quality of rooms, breakfast and staff responsiveness.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine sehr frühe Abreise und haben ein Frühstücksbox zum Mitnehmen bekommen. Das gesamte Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das vom Hotel beworbene Cruise Boat mit Dinner war eine reine Katastrophe. Für übertriebe 40€ pro Person (!) mussten wir zunächst fast eine Stunde auf den Einlass warten. Unser Tourguide war aufdringlich und hat sich stark aufgespielt. Das Essen war ungenießbar, kalt und von extrem schlechter Qualität. Die Bauchtänzerin hat sich kaum bewegt und der Gesang des Sängers war schlechter als der eines Amateurs. Es ging sowohl der Bauchtänzerin als auch dem anderen Animateur darum, Fotos zu machen und diese anschließend überteuert an die Gäste zu verkaufen. Es war alles in allem eine reine Katastrophe, die ich nicht ausreichend in Worte fassen kann!
