سرعة الدخول والخروج

Cons:

التكييف سيء جدا بقينا طول الليل صاحين ماقدرنا ننام من الحر وكلمتهم جاني الموظف تبع التكييف مرتين بدون فايدة اخر شي يقول (ماتتغطيش)!! وبعدها يقولي الهوا هنا جهة الطاولة! يعني انام على طاولة التلفزيون؟!! اضطريت انقل مرتبة السرير على الارض ندور الهوا الخفيف الموجود ..سنتين والنزلاء يكتبون ان التكييف سيء وماتجاوبتوا مع الملاحظة .. وانا هذي يمكن ثالث مرة اسكن عندكم واعطيكم نفس الملاحظة ولكن هذي اخر مرة اجيكم يفترض تسمعوا لملاحظات النزلاء وليس تطلبوا منهم يقيمونكم بشكل ممتاز!

الموقع جيد

Cons:

الافطار جيد لكنه بسيط جدا ، النظافة ليست عالية بالغرف ، لا يوجد اهتمام في الغرفة اي شي لا يعمل يبقى لا يعمل لا يوجد اهتمام بتصليحه ، لا توجد كواية في الغرفة و لا يقدمونها اذا اردت تعطيهيم يكوون لك بمقابل لكن مبلغ بسيط رمزي ،

If I visit Cairo again, I will look up for Cleopatra.
Pros:

Hotel staffs were caring and hotels security personnel made sure that their guests were not being scammed by taxis. I liked this very much.

Overall very good experience.
Pros:

Good location, modern, clean. Good value for money. Good buffet breakfast and nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

Bed was creaky and made noise whenever I moved, this could be fixed/upgraded. And windows didn’t keep any sound out: We were on 10th floor but could still hear all the noise and traffic.

Great find in Downtown Cairo
Pros:

Close to the Nile and with an extensive warm breakfast buffet, this was a great find in Downtown Cairo. Great staff, spacious room.

Genel olarak neredeyse mükemmel.
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımcı. Resepsiyondaki Mustafa isimli bey, çok yardımseverdi. Bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Özellikle son gün check out sonrası valizlerimizin güvenli şekilde tutulması çok yardımcı oldu.

Cons:

Banyolar biraz daha temiz olabilir.
