Das Hotel verdient seine 4 Sterne definitiv nicht!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage im Marienbad.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt übers Wochenende, na ja..es geht.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Übernachtung mit Halbpension, 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht und haben uns auf einen angenehmen Aufenthalt eingestellt, was in diesem Hotel leider nicht der Fall war.
Angefangen hat es bereits mit dem Parken- es sollte 4 Parkplätze vorm Hotel geben- diese waren aber besetzt, öffentliche Parkplätze nur mit Gebühr.
SPA- Bereich- zu klein, keine Sauna, nur Infrarot-Sauna,für die man 20€/Stunde für 2 Personen verlangt..
Sehr kurze Besuchszeiten des Pools, die sich mit dem Frühstück und dem Abendessen überschneiden, Pool hat Sonntags nur von 8-12 Uhr geöffnet.
Sehr frühes Check-Out - bereits um 10 Uhr, sodass man den Pool am Vormittag kaum benutzen kann.
Abendessen war zwar lecker, aber man hat am Tag der Ankunft keine Speisen zur Auswahl, man bekommt das serviert, was es gibt. Im Restaurant bekommt man einen Sitzplatz zugewiesen und kann nicht frei wählen.
Sehr einfaches Abendessen für ein 4-Sterne Hotel.
Das Frühstück- auch sehr einfach, harte Brötchen, Bacon gebraten, aber wie von vorgestern, zu trocken, wenig Auswahl, verdünnte Säfte, Kaffee- auch nicht gut..
Wer hier das Hotel mit Note 10 bewertet hat eine niedrige oder gar keine Vergleichsbasis.
Zusammengefasst- viele Mängel, großer Optimierungsbedarf.
Wir würden das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und nächstes Mal woanders buchen!

Byli jsme moc spokojeni a pokud příště pojedeme, tak určitě na tento hotel.
Pros:

Snídaně byly vynikající, obsluha při večeři moc příjemná, ochotná. Večeře výběr ze tří jídel a moc dobré, ubytování na dobrém místě, blízko kolonády, zastávka městské dopravy kousek od hotelu.

Cons:

Polštáře byly hodně nízké, do má rád o něco více pod hlavou, tak má s tím problém.

Klidný hotel v centru lázeňské zóny
Pros:

Velmi prostorný pokoj s výhledem na park. Zařízení koupelny nové, včetně fénu. Velmi ochotný personál jak na recepci, tak v restauraci - se vším poradili a vyšli vstříc! Měli jsme i polopenzi, večeře o 3 chodech velmi dobrá.
Parkování na centrálním parkovišti, je to v pohodě pěšky od hotelu.

Snídaně byla jedna velká tragédie. Slatiný zabal spočíval v přiložení dvou ohřátých polštářku na bedra a páteř. Také parkování před hotelem nebylo možné i když ho inzerovali.

Bardzo smaczne jedzenie HB. Położenie w mieście idealne . Sympatyczny personel i pomocny z radami. Woda w basenie super ciepła. Winda była raczej cicha i piękny widok z ciepłego pokoju na 4 piętrze - ostatnim.

Cons:

Dużą wada mieliśmy twarde materace . Brakowało by toper ale było możliwe dostać dodatkowe poduszki. Ocena spadła ponieważ brak dyspozycyjności wolnych czy tanich chociaż parkingów na auto. Brak chociaż czajnika .

Platba za parkování u 4* hotelu mě překvapila. Součástí večerního menu nebyla verze pro vegetariány, číšnice se mě zeptala, co mi mohou udělat. Dostal jsem vaječnou omeletu s rajčaty a další den smažený hermelín s brambory, čekal jsem větší gastronomický zážitek s ohledem na cenu za ubytování
