we staid 4 days and enjoyed the view from the apartment, very confirmable and safe to stay

Perfect location and a great place to stay in Kalamata, next to the beach, many coffees and restaurants. Very good communication with the owners.

Tolle Lage und schöner Blick auf das Meer.

Cons:

Allerdings ist die Wohnung von der Ausstattung, Möblierung und dem Bad alt und abgewohnt. Leider war die Wohnung und die Balkone nicht wirklich gut gereinigt .

Really good place to relax
Pros:

Very nice apartment, close to the sandy beach. Easily accessible by elevator. Free parking close to the apartment, grocery shops close too

Cons:

Each day all towels are changed, that’s ok; however the floor never cleaned, for example I found a peace of closing under my bed, never removed or cleaned. No kitchen towels! Which is is must when you have an oven and sink. Also some sand on the floor never cleaned

Great location but needs work for cleaning and repairs
Pros:

The location was great and it has a beautiful view. The management responded to our issues, although they came up short.

Cons:

The inside of the property was covered in dust when we arrived. We had to spend an hour cleaning when we arrived to make it tolerable. A door to the balcony was left cracked open. The seat on the chairs on the balcony were torn. Then in the morning I found mold in the coffee maker where the coffee grounds had been left for a while.

בסך הכל השהיה הייתה מקובלת.
Pros:

המיקום הייה מצויין, חלוקת הבית ממש טובה.

Cons:

היה חסר מוצרי נקיון, צפיתי להיות יותר נקי, דלתות המרפסת בקושי פותחות.
אין מקום חניה.
