Quiero destacar la gestión de Judith. No solo el lugar cumple con las expectativas, sino que su disposición y amabilidad marcan la diferencia. Estuvo pendiente de cada detalle y siempre con una sonrisa. Da gusto hospedarse en lugares con una administración tan profesional y cercana

Nos acogieron muy bien y nos permitieron adelantar el ingreso y poder guardar nuestras maletas porque llegamos temprano a Máncora

Our room was really spacious, nice and clean. The bed was huge (2m wide), though the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, but still nice enough to have a good night sleep. The shower had a good pressure and there was always hot water.
The common kitchen and dining area are very clean and well maintained, we enjoyed hanging out there. The staff is really nice and helpful!! We loved our one week stay at Puerto Bamboo!

El hospedaje es un excelente lugar. Las personas que nos recibieron fueron extremadamente amables y nos dieron muchos tips y recomendaciones para movernos por Mancora. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y privadas, dotadas de excelentes servicios, incluyendo las camas, la televisión y el agua caliente. El wifi funciona excelente, la piscina es muy cómoda y la cocina también. Existe una gran aislación del ruido y la luz si es que se considera necesario. El sistema de acceso también es muy cómodo.

We spent a week here and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are simple and have what you need. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. The family that runs this accommodation is very welcoming. The accommodation is a bit away from the Main street but central enough to reach everything on foot.

Well decorated bungalow, nice pool area, central location, prompt and excellent service. Highly recommended!

The staff were beyond helpful allowing us to check in super early after a night bus, which we were so grateful for! The rooms are brand new and beds are comfy. Hot water and wifi all worked perfectly. Location was easy to walk to town and the surf. Would recommend for a stop over in Mancora or for a longer stay :)

The owners are so friendly, they have a beautiful hotel. The rooms are so well decorated with very comfortable bed, plenty of space and hot water in the shower. The common area is super clean and the pool is just wonderful after a day in the sun. There’s a small but well equipped kitchen you can use. The owners also let us stay at the pool the whole day on our check out day (11:30pm was our bus) for just 10 soles including storage of our bags and access to shower. Great deal!! The beach is just five minutes walk. Perfect place to stay in Mancora!

It’s a great hotel! The location is good close to beach and main street. It’s a safe neighbourhood. The room is big and has a comfy big bed, clean bathroom, a fridge and overall it looks good. The staffs are very welcoming and helpful. There are no meals but they have a kitchen and it’s close to cafes. Would strongly recommend this hotel and visit Mancora.

- I didn't expect much, but I was nicely surprised by the friendly welcome.
- Another suprise came since the room was exactly as described - lots of daily light, spacious, colourful, with a comfortable bed, fridge and TV.
- A nice bathroom with a warm shower.
- Perfectly equipped and clean shared kitchen where every room had their own set of dishes.
- Lovely, colourful sitting area.
- Small and clean swimming pool with pleasant water temperature.
- The owners looked after her cat, who just gave birth, very well.
- The owners helped me to call my airlines.
- They woke me up at 5 am and booked me a safe mototaxi the night before since my flight was very early.

Staff is extremely friendly and organized with very useful information for activities around in the area
