Delivers on-brand for Conrad - great gym
Pros:

The hotel is what you would expect from the Conrad brand. Well-maintained property, comfortable rooms with one of the best hotel gyms I've used in a long time.
Shout-out to the food at Tiamo - probably the best risotto I've had outside of Italy.

Cons:

The advertised in-room checkin for women didn't happen. I was travelling with a male colleague and we arrived late at night when the hotel was quiet so it wasn't an issue.
The location isn't great as there aren't many optiosn to eat or shop nearby. The 1MG mall up the road is tiny.

Pros:

We liked everything about the hotel. Very comfortable stay, breakfast had many choices, all of them good. The restaurants in the hotel were also very good. The room and the pool were very nice too. Would highly recommend.

Very nice comfortable stay
Pros:

I couldn't have asked for a better last-minute getaway. The Conrad is a truly posh hotel with comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Dinner at the on-site Japanese restaurant, Misuku, was a culinary delight. The ambiance is chic and the menu is inventive. When my original order was a little spicy for my taste, Chef Anup Singh kindly crafted a delicious alternative and offered some additional tastings to enjoy. The meal ended perfectly with an amazing dessert. Service throughout was impeccable, especially from Catherine, who was very friendly and attentive. The management team here clearly runs a tight ship—highly recommended.

Pros:

Staff were amazing. Especially Saina at the breakfast restaurant who was so lovely. Food at the hotel was very good and staff in general were so attentive and helpful. Really made all the difference that they gave us a late checkout.
