The Conrad team were very friendly and accomodating, even went out of their way to set up for our baby's 1 year birthday surprise. Couldnt remember all their names from doorman Lokraj, luggage assistant Ravi, the receiption, breakfast staff both in restaurant and executive lounge, including the guest relation team. Thanks for the souvenir as well.

Fabulous experience! From the moment we arrived, our stay at Conrad Bengaluru was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel’s elegant décor, panoramic views and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and pampered throughout our visit.

Had one of the best times for my Christmas Brunch. Sharanya and Srinivas waited on us and served us. THE BEST! Very good service by them. Warm and patient and sweet. Food was just Too Good! Over all a wonderful experience. 🎄🎁🎉🙏🏼

We took a day trip to Mysore, which was booked through the Conrad hotel. Set up was extremely easy, and Francis was a great driver and guide. Astonishingly, he does not use the horn at all, which seems near impossible with Bangalore traffic.

We went to Srirangapatna, Chamundi temple and the Mysore palace. At the palace, Francis arranged for us to have a guide to explain the history and different sections of the palace.

The temples were very crowded, which is not unexpected, and prepared to walk, barefoot for much of the time.

Overall, very worthwhile trip to learn some of the history of the region and it is appropriately expensive being arranged by the hotel, but all inclusive.

I’m a regular guest at Conrad Bengaluru, and it truly feels like a second home.. The location is perfect—right in the center of the city with easy access to everywhere.. What keeps me coming back is the overall atmosphere and that great vibe you feel the moment you walk in.. The views of the lake are just stunning and never get old..

The property is maintained beautifully.. The 3rd-floor pool space is my iconic favorite; it’s the best spot in the hotel to relax.. I also spend a lot of time at the spa, sauna, and gym—everything is classy, clean, and very well-managed.. As a filmmaker, director, and writer, I especially love the 20th-floor lounge access.. The panoramic lake view there brings so much peace to your mind and really helps bring out the best in your creativity..

The food here is another highlight.. Whether it’s breakfast at Caraway Kitchen, dinner at Mikusu or Tiamo, or just a coffee at the lobby brew, the quality is always superb across all the restaurants..

But what really sets this place apart is the staff.. From the door team to the top management, everyone treats you like royalty.. I’ve stayed here so often that I know almost everyone by name, and many of the staff have become my personal favorites.. It’s rare to find a luxury hotel that feels this personal.. If you want a place with a great vibe and world-class service, this is it..

I highly recommend the Conrad Bangalore and will definitely stay here again. Lokraj Bhatta, the door man, was extremely helpful. He recommended local shops and help arrange transportation.
