Pros:

This is a great option for staying overnight in Tinian. The hotel is right next to 2 excellent beaches with very good snorkeling and swimming. Staff is outstanding. It's made out of shipping containers and very compact and simple.

Pros:

Great location to the beach and friendly staff. The walls are a little thin and other guests taking outside woke me up at 1:30 AM. The internet wasn't working during my entire stay which made it difficult for me to work.

Fantastic trip and good value
Pros:

The Ocean View was fantastic, would definitely recommend. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner if that’s important to you: the rooms we stayed in had wall-mounted soap dispensers: it was fine, just a little unexpected.

This was a fine stay and suited our needs adequately. Comfortable bed. Just a few words of caution to future patrons: The rooms are very small. Internet did not work at all while we were there. Outlets are European, not US, so you need an adapter (they provide them) to plug in a phone charger, and you may not plug in anything other than a charger without permission. Water boiler in our room was functional but leaky.

It was what I needed
Pros:

It's basically just a small room with a nice bed and restroom / shower. That's all I was looking for, and the price is reasonable. Small complaint is that the TV is of very poor quality. The picture is fine, but the speaker quality terrible. Probably won't bother people with totally OK hearing. I have a mild hearing loss. While my hearing loss is not enough usually to cause a problem, when a poor speaker is added, I basically can't understand anything. The remote was in Japanese, so I could not figure out if any of the buttons would turn on closed captioning. But, I did not really need a TV anyway, so this is a small complaint. I would recommend for anyone looking for a small, no frills, clean room.

Pros:

The room was very small. Smallest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. That said ... the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel is 100yds from a nice beach on a semi-protected lagoon. The ocean is beautiful.

Pros:

I came for work. This place is hands down the best place to stay on island. It is new, clean, and comfortable. It is more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
