A well needed rest is what this place allowed me to have.
Pros:

Was clean and very quiet which is what I needed. Very large and comfy bed. Facilities in the room worked how they should and had the best sleep I had had in two weeks. They gave you free water and kitchen but also free bottled water each day too.

Disappointing Experience in Chiang Mai
Pros:

The only positive aspect was the service from the manager, who tried to solve a problem, even though it wasn’t successful. I appreciate his effort, as well as the help from the night staff.

Cons:

The hotel has extremely uncomfortable and hard beds — it felt like sleeping on the floor. On top of that, the rooms had a strong mold smell, and it was evident it wasn’t just the smell (as you can see in the photos).

Additionally, it’s impossible to communicate with them via the Booking.com website. I tried for weeks with no response. I also tried calling, but the daytime staff didn’t speak English.

We had incredible experiences throughout Thailand, but arriving at our last destination in Chiang Mai was a disappointment. I don’t recommend this place!

Pros:

We liked that it was nice and quiet and we had a nice view from the balcony.

Cons:

Room itself was okay, nothing special. We really would had appreciated if the bedding had been better. The blanket were strange and sheets were slippery material so not very skin friendly if you have skin issues. But overall okay!

Decent hotel
Pros:

The location was close to the airport and also about 15 minutes away from the city center. The room was basic, but okay.

Cons:

It wasn't 10/10 clean, but okay and I was expecting it to be prettier like on the pictures. The staff wasn't super friendly when I checked in, but it seems like afterwards they changed their mood a bit.

Pros:

Good room, staff were very nice. We were able to check in early which was great! Hot water available in the lobby and the gym was a great addition. Alot of shops and restaurants in the area

Cons:

Location was a bit far out, we walked a lot of the time but for most people you would have to get transport or rent a bike
